The pellet plant project will use a unique continuous tank fermentation technology to quickly decompose, remove water and deodorize organic waste that affects the environment, such as livestock and poultry manure, to achieve the purpose of harmlessness, resource utilization and reduction, and to the surrounding environment. Recently, the groundbreaking ceremony for the 180,000-ton ruminant feed mill project undertaken by RICHI was successfully held. Richi Machinery will provide a full set of automated feed mill equipment and installation and training services for this project.

The project will be built in two phases: In the first phase, two standard production lines and a flaking corn production line will be built, with an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons of ruminant feed (excluding the flaking corn production line capacity).

The construction will be completed and put into operation in October 2024. use. Recently, the construction of the Malaysia biomass pellet production line project undertaken by RICHI began. The project is invested and constructed by a well-known local biotechnology Co., Ltd. with an investment amount of US$2.4 million. It will build 6 production lines (each production line can produce 6-7t/h per hour) and produce more than 100,000 tons of biopellet fuel annually.

Biopellet fuel is a new energy and environmentally friendly fuel that turns waste into treasure. It uses straw, sawdust, grain husks, coffee shells, wood chips, wood scraps, etc. as raw materials, and is made through crushing, blending, compression, drying and other technical processes. , with the characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection, and conservation of non-renewable resources.

Compared with traditional fuels, it can release more heat at the same cost. It is currently used in rural stoves, rural domestic heating, rural production energy, low-carbon communities, factories, and power plants. Widely used in other fields.

RICHI will provide a complete set of biomass pellet equipment for this fuel pellet plant project, including slicers, template crushers, pulverizers, mowers, drying cylinders, wood pellet mills, coolers, packaging scales, screening equipment, etc. This bio-pellet fuel pellet production line project It is expected to be put into production in August 2024.

Recently, the main project of the 240,000 tons annual biological feed mill plant project in Kazakhstan undertaken by RICHI has been capped. Recently, the RICHI 10t/h straw pellet production line was put into production in Brazil. In the production workshop of the project, you can see that employees are busy feeding agricultural and forestry waste such as sawdust, straw, and waste wood into the machine, which is made into biomass pellet fuel through professional processes such as crushing, mixing, extrusion, and drying.

The project mainly collects agricultural and forestry waste such as tobacco stems, agricultural corn straws, industrial pepper straws, and waste wood, and produces biomass pellet fuel through technical processing. The main component is composed of wood chips, which is ecological and environmentally friendly.

In this project, 50,000 tons of agricultural and forestry waste can be converted into 30,000 tons of biomass pellet fuel every year. Compared with coal, 1 ton of biomass pellet fuel can save hundreds of dollars in cost.

Due to its complete combustion and ecological and environmental protection, biomass pellet fuel is currently mainly used as a fuel for flue-cured tobacco production locally. It can also be blended with coal and is a very environmentally friendly and clean fuel. After data analysis, compared with coal, flue-cured tobacco baked with biomass pellet fuel can reduce the amount of tobacco tar by about 20%.

This project is located in northern South Africa, where the client’s village is located. During the prime corn harvest season, it is expected to produce 300,000 tons of corn straw. In order to effectively improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of crop straw, this customer actively strives for project funds to build a new biomass fuel processing plant, vigorously promotes the use of straw as fuel and fertilizer, and realizes the transformation of straw from waste products to commodities.

Construction of this biomass pellet fuel processing plant started in October 2022. The project has been completed and is under intense debugging. After debugging is completed, it can be put into production. The output of this biomass pellet is about 100 tons per day. The waste firewood and crop straws in the surrounding areas of the project can be collected and processed into biomass fuel. Compared with traditional energy, this fuel is more environmentally friendly.

This biomass fuel pellet plant mainly recycles waste wood, corn stalks, wheat straw, bean straw, fruit tree branches, etc. at a very low price. After being processed into pieces, crushed, dried, dusted, and granulated, Generates 6-9 mm biomass pellet fuel. This fuel production process is advanced and environmentally friendly. It can reduce pollution during the combustion process and achieve sulfur-free and smokeless emissions.

The ash after combustion can be used as fertilizer to achieve green, circular and sustainable development of agricultural production. In addition to being environmentally friendly, compared with traditional fuels, this biomass pellet is also hygienic, convenient, and safe.

It is understood that the customer’s biomass fuel straw pellet plant also has one supporting crop straw collection, storage and transportation service station in several local towns and villages, and can process more than 50,000 tons of crop straw every year.
