Recently, in order to accelerate the utilization of local livestock and poultry manure resources in Vietnam, further improve the level of modern agriculture in Vietnam, and achieve a win-win situation of industrial development and environmental protection, a well-known local agricultural development company in Vietnam signed an agreement with RICHI to produce 200,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizer per year pellet production line construction project.

Richi Machinery will provide a complete set of organic fertilizer granule production line equipment and fermentation engineering equipment for this project. The civil engineering and installation phases of the project were completed by a local construction team in Vietnam.

According to the framework agreement signed by both parties, this bio-organic fertilizer production line construction project with an annual output of 200,000 tons and an hourly output of 24t/h is about to start construction, with a total area of approximately 60 to 80 acres and a total investment of approximately US$10 million.

After the project is completed and reaches capacity, it will be able to process 600,000 tons of livestock and poultry manure and produce 200,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizer annually, achieving an annual output value of approximately more than US$40 million.

The pellet plant project will use a unique continuous tank fermentation technology to quickly decompose, remove water and deodorize organic waste that affects the environment, such as livestock and poultry manure, to achieve the purpose of harmlessness, resource utilization and reduction, and to the surrounding environment. Recently, the groundbreaking ceremony for the 180,000-ton ruminant feed mill project undertaken by RICHI was successfully held. Richi Machinery will provide a full set of automated feed mill equipment and installation and training services for this project.

Recently, the RICHI 10t/h straw pellet production line was put into production in Brazil. In the production workshop of the project, you can see that employees are busy feeding agricultural and forestry waste such as sawdust, straw, and waste wood into the machine, which is made into biomass pellet fuel through professional processes such as crushing, mixing, extrusion, and drying.

The project mainly collects agricultural and forestry waste such as tobacco stems, agricultural corn straws, industrial pepper straws, and waste wood, and produces biomass pellet fuel through technical processing. The main component is composed of wood chips, which is ecological and environmentally friendly.

In this project, 50,000 tons of agricultural and forestry waste can be converted into 30,000 tons of biomass pellet fuel every year. Compared with coal, 1 ton of biomass pellet fuel can save hundreds of dollars in cost.

Due to its complete combustion and ecological and environmental protection, biomass pellet fuel is currently mainly used as a fuel for flue-cured tobacco production locally. It can also be blended with coal and is a very environmentally friendly and clean fuel. After data analysis, compared with coal, flue-cured tobacco baked with biomass pellet fuel can reduce the amount of tobacco tar by about 20%.
