Silo system
It is mainly used to store bulk raw materials such as corn. Buffer bins and temporary storage silos can be configured in different production sections.
Material Receive System

Pre-cleaner clean raw material, then after magnet separator, storage bin and feeder, material goes into feed crusher to become powder. According to the type of feed being processed, it can be crushed and divided into a primary crushing system and a secondary crushing system, usually using a hammer mill and an ultrafine grinder.
Batching & Mixing machine
After crushing, original powder and some premix will be weighed in batching scale according to proportional, then go down to feed mixer to reach uniformity.
Pelletizing/extrusion machine
After using high temperature steam to make raw material curing, the materials will be made to pellet through ring die pellet machine. Extrusion technology can be used to process aquatic and pet feed, or high-end livestock and poultry feed. Single screw and twin screw extruders are available.
Drying machine
High-moisture raw materials (alfalfa, straw, etc.) need to be dried using a drum dryer, and belt dryers are also needed in aquatic product and pet feed processing.
Cooling machine
Then the feed pellet will be cooled down by cooler. If you need to process feed pellets for small chickens, ducklings, piglets or sinking fish feed pellets, you can add crumbling equipment.
Screening machine
The finish product contain pellet of normal size,smaller size and bigger size. By use grading sieve, we can get normal size pellet.
Packaging & Plant Control system
