Composition and functions of small feed machine

Small feed making machine includes but is not limited to feed grinders, mixers, pellet machines, extruders, dryers, coolers, grading screens, bucket elevators, distributors, pulse dust removal equipment, cleaning equipment, silo equipment, etc.
Depending on the raw materials, formula, and type of feed to be processed, you may also need to configure ultra-fine grinders, sprayers, oil adding equipment, hay cutters, forage dryers, pellet crumbler, etc.

Silo system
Silo equipment can be used for raw material storage and can also be used as a buffer bin for different work sections.
Cleaning & Dust removal system
Cleaning equipment is used to remove various impurities in raw materials. Dust removal equipment is mainly used to purify the feed processing environment.
Crushing system
Crushing equipment is mainly used to crush raw materials, which can be grains such as corn, or grass and straw, etc. The main crushing equipment includes hammer mill, ultrafine grinder, forage grinder, hay chopper, etc.
Mixing system
Mixing equipment is mainly used to mix crushed materials, and is mainly divided into ribbon mixers, paddle mixers, premix mixers, etc.
Pelletizing/extrusion system
The pellet machine and extruder are used for pelleting process and puffing process respectively. No matter it is processing pellet feed or extruded feed, it can be equipped with corresponding ring die pellet machine, twin screw extruder or single screw extruder.
Drying system
Not all feed processing uses feed dryers. Generally speaking, mesh belt dryers are used in aquatic feed and pet feed processes. In addition, if the raw materials are high-moisture grass or straw, they also need to be dried first, mainly using drum dryers.
Cooling system
After the granulation/extrusion process, the granulated products usually need to be cooled to ensure the hardness and quality of the granules. Usually a countercurrent cooler is used.
Screening system
Feed screening equipment is usually used to screen out qualified particle products. In some processes, it is sometimes used to clean raw materials.
Packaging system
For sale, the processed feed products will be packed by feed packaging machines. Customers can pack the products according to different specifications.
