Principle: After the air is heated by the heat exchanger inside the dryer, it is driven by the circulating fan to enter the fish feed dryer equipment. After the drying medium and the material exchange heat and moisture on the conveyor belt, part of the air is discharged through the common air duct, and the other part of the air is reheated by the heat exchanger, and the mixed fresh air enters the fish feed drying machine again.
The material is evenly spread on the conveyor belt through the spreader, and enters the fish shrimp feed dryer machine with the conveyor belt. After drying once, it is turned back in the return section, and enters the lower conveyor belt for secondary drying or multiple drying, and then discharged.

03 Dust collection system

The size of the matching brake dragon should be appropriate. If it is too large, the centrifugal force will not be large enough to blow out the dust. If it is too small, it will not keep the air flowing and the dust will be blown out.
Operating tips of fish feed dryer equipment
01 Drying time
The conveyor belt is driven by a variable frequency motor, and the frequency of the motor can be adjusted to easily control the drying time of the pellet feed. Generally, the drying time depends on the physical properties of the pelleted feed (sinkable or floating), such as the moisture content, size, shape and density of the pelleted feed after extrusion.
The upper and lower feed layers need to be controlled separately. Since the pellet feed moisture is high when entering the fish feed dryer machine, the feeding speed of the feed layer should be faster when setting, so that the pellet feed material layer is thin and the penetration of hot air is good, ensuring the moisture content of the pellet feed just entering the machine.
The speed of the lower material layer is relatively slow, and the material layer is relatively thick to ensure sufficient drying time.
It should be noted that although according to experience, a long drying time is always good, but the frequency of the motor is too slow, which will cause the material layer on the conveyor belt to be too thick, which will make it difficult for the hot air to pass through the material and affect the drying effect.
In actual fish feed dryer machine operation, it is recommended that the thickness of the material layer should not be greater than 10cm.
02 Drying temperature

In actual fish feed dryer equipment production, it is necessary to adjust the size of the dampers on both sides according to the characteristics of the specific pellet feed. For small-sized pellet feed, its opening can be appropriately reduced to avoid blowing the material out of the conveyor belt.
The control of the size of the moisture exhaust damper also affects the final moisture content of the pellet feed. The moisture exhaust damper close to the feeding section needs to be opened to ensure that the moisture is taken away by the auxiliary air net in time.
04 Distribution of materials in the conveying bandwidth
Inside the belt fish feed dryer machine, the material layer of the cross-section in the same width direction should keep the same thickness as much as possible, otherwise there will be differences in moisture.
The adjustment of the feed spreader is the key. In addition, attention should be paid to the size of the hot air flow on both sides of the dryer. If the air flow on one side is too large, the material will be blown to the middle, resulting in a hump phenomenon.
