feeding section

The weighed raw materials to be crushed are put into the feeding port, and these raw materials are transported to the feed crushing section through the bucket elevator.

grinding section

A 37KW water drop feed hammer mill is used to crush the raw materials, and the crushed materials are transported to the feed mixing section through a bucket elevator.

mixing section

A 500kg/p feed mixer is used to mix the crushed material and the premix, and the mixed material is transported to the feed pelletizing section through a bucket elevator.

pelleting section

The mixed materials are tempered and pressed by the SZLH320 ring die pellet machine to the required feed size. The pellet size can be adjusted by the pelletizer cutter.

cooling section

The pellet is cooled to room temperature (slowly cooled by countercurrent cooling), and the pellet temperature after granulation can reach 80-90°C.

crumbling section

Set up a pellet crumbling system to process small particles of 1.0-1.5mm, greatly improving the output of the entire animal feed production plant.

screening section

After the feed pellets are cooled and crumbled, some powder and large pellets will be produced, which need to be sieved to obtain finished pellets.

pakaging section

Process flow:

The raw materials are sent to the cleaning section through a screw conveyor, and impurities in the raw materials are removed through a pellet cleaning screen and a cylindrical primary cleaning screen, and then the cleaned raw materials are sent to the crushing section.
