Up to now, the organic fertilizer project is still under construction, but it was found that there was a lack of drying heat source, so it was interrupted to add a 1.2t/h biomass hot air furnace provides heat source for the drying process, and the hot blast furnace uses biomass briquette fuel.

The construction content includes: a new 50m2 hot blast stove room, a new 1.2t/h biomass hot blast stove; a new 1000m2 biomass fuel processing workshop, equipped with a molded biomass fuel production line with an annual output of 5000 tons; A 200m2 area is separated in the biomass fuel processing workshop as a biomass fuel storage. The office space relies on the existing office building, canteen and bathroom, quality inspection and quality inspection center, archives building, shift dormitory, etc. Water supply, drainage, and power supply rely on existing built facilities. Recently, RICHI signed a large-scale livestock and poultry ruminant feed factory construction project with an American customer.

This project covers an area of 14,300 m2. Build a feed production project with an annual output of 400,000 tons and its supporting facilities. Build two ruminant feed production lines, with an annual output of 280,000 t/a of ruminant feed; and one other livestock and poultry feed production line, with an annual output of 120,000 t/a.

Main construction content:

• A new 1165.8㎡ fully enclosed production workshop, a new 2711㎡ raw material workshop, and a new 2246.4㎡ finished product workshop, all of which are steel structures.
• Two new 1000t silos, two 500t silos and eight 250t silos were built. It is equipped with 2 grain unloading sheds, measuring 260㎡ and 312㎡ respectively.
• A new 4-story frame structure office with an area of 2470.62㎡ was built.
• A new spare parts warehouse with a frame structure of 1000㎡ was built, a 30㎡ boiler room was rebuilt inside, and a 5t/h natural gas boiler was installed to provide steam for production.

The main construction content and scale of this project:

1. Construct a silage processing plant, covering an area of 2,020 square meters, and a factory building area of 800 square meters.
2. Purchase 2 silage processing and kneading machines, 3 supporting conveyor belts (80 cm wide, with a conveying height of more than 2 meters), 1 square bale baling and wrapping machine, and a 30-ton floor scale (3 meters* 9 meters), a raw material loader.
3. One toilet, 120 square meters of management space; one 250 kVA transformer, 200 meters of surrounding walls, and one gate. ​​​

Investment:

• Factory construction 800 square meters
• Purchase 2 silage processing and kneading machines, 3 supporting conveyor belts (80 cm wide, conveying height of more than 2 meters), and 1 square straw bale baling and wrapping machine. One 30-ton floor scale (3 meters * 9 meters) and one raw material loader.

The poultry feed plant project was invested and constructed by an Ethiopian company with a total investment of US$1.4 million.

A new complete compound feed factory with an annual output of 220,000 tons and two 18 tons/hour production lines will be built.

Construction of comprehensive buildings (offices, dormitories, canteens), feed workshops (mainly including receiving systems, crushing systems, ingredient mixing systems, granulation systems, finished product packaging systems, grease addition systems, microcomputer automatic batching control system equipment, etc.), raw material warehouses, finished product warehouse and supporting facilities, etc.

Recently, RICHI signed a large-scale animal feed production line project with a Turkish customer – a new project to produce 60,000 tons of concentrated feed and compound feed for pigs, 130,000 tons of ruminant feed, and 10,000 tons of biological fermentation feed per year.

The main construction contents include: a production workshop with an area of 13,000m2, including 3 feed production lines; 3 raw material warehouses with a total area of 3,600m2; 3 finished product warehouses with a total area of 4,320m2; 4 cage tower raw material silos covering an area of 2,066m2; the fermentation workshop covering an area of 300m2 ; A new 36m2 hazardous waste temporary storage warehouse; and supporting public and auxiliary projects.

The heat supply in the production area is provided by the steam pipe network of the local thermal power company. The total investment is US$5 million (including civil engineering, complete equipment, silo system, etc.).

Recently, RICHI’s biopellet fuel production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons was officially put into operation. The project has a total investment of US$2 million and has 11 intelligent biomass pellet lines, 11 straw pellet machines, 26 sets of instruments and 30 sets of tools and equipment. At present, the equipment has been debugged and put into production. It is expected to produce 50,000 tons of biopellet fuel every year, with an annual output value of nearly 10 million US dollars.

The client company covers an area of about 15,000 square meters. The fuel pellet plant project started construction in May 2023. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research, production, sales and agrochemical services. The company mainly produces and operates bio-pellet fuel and crop straw processing. and processing, etc.

After half a year of preparation and construction, the pellet production line is now ready for production. It mainly uses wood waste, crop straw, old wood, etc. as raw materials. The biopellet fuel produced can be used as boiler fuel for large enterprises such as power plants, paper mills, wineries, and tobacco farmers. The fuel for baking flue-cured tobacco and the fire fuel used by residents to boil boilers in winter are very clean.

Biopellet fuel has the characteristics of high calorific value, high density, easy storage and transportation, slightly lower calorific value than coal, and the solid and gas emissions after combustion are far lower than those of coal combustion.

The completion of the biomass pellet plant project has directly created employment for more than 60 people in the surrounding areas, effectively increased the income of local people, and promoted the development of local green and low-carbon industries.

India is a major agricultural country and one of the countries with the richest straw resources. And as crop yields increase, straw production will also increase.

• wood vinegar and straw gas are produced during the straw carbonization process, which are used for compound fertilizer device granulation and steam boilers;
• 5 sets of 10,000 tons/year straw carbonization units, 100,000 tons/year biomass carbon slow-release compound 5 sets of fertilizer production equipment, as well as all related facilities in the equipment area.

The granule production line equipment provided by RICHI to customers will be used to produce biomass pellets and biomass organic fertilizer pellets.

Recently, RICHI MACHINERY signed the latest project with a Nigerian customer – a 40 t/h animal feed production line. The project will produce 180,000 tons of ruminant feed annually.

This animal feed production line project mainly builds three animal feed pellet production lines. The first phase of the project will build two ruminant feed production lines with an annual output of 60,000 tons; the second phase of the project will build one ruminant feed production line with an annual output of 60,000 tons. The project has a total annual output of 180,000 tons of ruminant feed.

It mainly builds 1 production workshop, 1 raw material warehouse, 1 finished product warehouse, 6*200t cylindrical warehouses, 4 *1000t cylindrical warehouses, and 1 woven bag warehouse.

At the same time, an unloading shed, a comprehensive building, a machine repair room, a fire pump room, and new public engineering facilities such as power supply and distribution, water supply and drainage, and parking lots will be constructed. The steam required for production and factory heating are centrally supplied by local Power Plant. During the maintenance period of Power Plant, it is supplied by a self-prepared 3t/h natural gas boiler.

Recently, the foundation stone was laid for a high-end pig feed production line project in Russia with an annual output of 180,000 tons that integrates production and scientific research. It is expected to be put into operation early next year. After the project is put into operation, it will provide high-quality feed products to the majority of farmers and contribute to the development of the local breeding industry.

It is understood that the project was signed in December 2020, covering an area of 2.096 hectares, with a total construction area of 20,962.94 square meters, and a total project investment of 100 million yuan. The first phase investment of the pig feed mill project is US$10 million, mainly to build feed production facilities and office facilities; the second phase investment is US$5 million, mainly to build a scientific research building for the research and development of feed technology and breeding services.

This Russian customer company has strong product development and quality control capabilities; the core feed production equipment of the project is provided by Richi Machinery, using a fully automatic batching system. Its main products are pig series high-end feed, with a designed production capacity of 180,000 tons. After the project is completed and put into production, the products will mainly radiate to Russia and other CIS countries.

It is worth mentioning that in order to strictly prevent and control the African swine fever epidemic, the pig livestock feed production line project adopts an innovative double-door double-pound design, improves scientific logistics channels, and strives to ensure biosafety.

This Ecuador aqua feed production line project is a key local industrial project with a total investment of US$8 million and a new aquatic feed production line with an annual output of 80,000 tons. After the project is fully completed and put into production, it is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of nearly US$3 million and provide employment for 70 people.

Project progress:
