The total investment is 1.2 million US dollars, covering an area of ​​3,200 square meters, and the annual output of ruminant feed is designed to be 100,000 tons.

After nearly 1 year of hard work, the 100,000-ton feed mill project in Thailand was completed as scheduled. The customer company mainly produces ruminant feed, including dairy cow feed, beef cattle feed, sheep feed, goat feed, etc., using the industry’s advanced RICHI feed mill equipment, with a daily output of 300 to 400 tons. After normal production and operation, it can fully meet the local ruminant feed supply.

After the feed mill project is put into operation, it will not only meet the feed needs of local family farms, provide services for the development of the ruminant industry in the surrounding areas, but also save costs for the company every year, and drive the development of local logistics and port economy.

In addition, after the feed mill factory is put into production, it will effectively increase the added value of the local ruminant ecological breeding industry, while reducing the feed transportation link, which is conducive to animal disease prevention and control, greatly reducing the risk of disease occurrence, and is of great significance to the safe development of the local ruminant industry.

Recently, the Indonesian 6-ton livestock and poultry feed mill project undertaken by RICHI is accelerating construction, and the project is expected to be fully completed before September this year.
At present, the main structure of the office building of the livestock and poultry feed project has been capped, and indoor and outdoor decoration is underway. The production equipment will be installed in September, and it is expected to be ready for trial production in February next year.

The total investment in equipment for this project is about US$380,000. It introduces 1 modern complete compound pellet animal feed production line and 1 raw material puffing production line.

It uses imported corn, barley, rapeseed, palm oil and other raw materials, and a small amount of calcium hydrogen phosphate, zeolite powder and other auxiliary materials to produce high-quality complete pellet feed, which can not only meet the development needs of animal husbandry around the project, but also promote the development of upstream and downstream industrial chains, injecting fresh blood into local economic development.

Walking into the construction site of Bolivia’s 12-15 tons per hour feed pellet production line project, large machinery is running at full speed and shuttling around the site, and workers are working hard to meet deadlines and catch up with progress.

The project covers an area of ​​2,000 square meters and plans to invest 2.7 million US dollars, of which 560,000 US dollars are invested in equipment. The project mainly builds 2 livestock and poultry feed production lines, 1 ruminant feed automation production line, and a new animal nutrition research center and comprehensive housing, etc., and improves supporting facilities such as water, electricity, and environmental protection.

The project started construction in September 2023. At present, the main project of the plant has been completed and is about to be completed, and the surrounding supporting facilities are taking shape.

According to customer feedback, it is planned to complete the main project construction by the end of August this year, complete the installation of production equipment and all supporting ancillary facilities by the end of November, complete equipment commissioning by the end of February 2025, and officially put into production and operation in March.

After the project is completed and reaches full production, the annual output value can reach tens of millions of US dollars, which can drive employment of more than 20 people, and can also promote the development of agricultural product planting, logistics, catering and other industries. Recently, the 20-ton high-protein livestock and poultry feed mill project undertaken by RICHI Machinery has been put into construction at full capacity, and is expected to be completed and start trial production at the end of July.

This livestock and poultry feed plant project plans to introduce 3 modern high-protein feed production lines, 1 laying hen feed production line, and 1 puffed raw material production line, using corn, imported fish meal, corn and wheat and other raw materials, with a small amount of calcium hydrogen phosphate, multivitamin and amino acids to produce efficient feed.

After the project is completed, it can effectively meet the development of Hainan’s animal husbandry, stimulate the vitality of local high-end feed industry technology innovation, and promote the transformation and upgrading of Hainan’s local animal husbandry.

According to customer feedback, the project’s recruited personnel have arrived one after another, and the construction of a production team of 12 people will be completed in mid-June. According to the company’s sales target, the project will complete a production and sales plan of 40,000 tons in 2024.

Recently, the 30-ton-per-hour fully automatic feed mill project undertaken by RICHI Machinery is about to start trial operation. The construction site of the project is Anhui Province, China.

The pig feed mill covers an area of ​​20.9 acres and will start construction in April 2023. It mainly builds 3 intelligent pelleting production lines, as well as multiple high-standard 10,000-ton raw material bulk silos, grain silos and finished product bulk silos. Recently, the 10-ton fully automatic chicken feed mill plant project in Tashkent was completed and put into production.

The project covers an area of ​​1,400 square meters, with a total investment of US$580,000 and an annual production capacity of 90,000 tons of chicken feed.
