After the project is completed, it will form an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of organic fertilizer.

This 15-20t/h ruminant feed production line project is located in Uzbekistan. It is invested and constructed by a feed technology company in Uzbekistan, covers an area of ​​15 mu, and has a total equipment investment of 1 million US dollars. It mainly builds a 120,000-ton ruminant feed production line with an annual output, 800 square meters of hardened land, 1 production workshop, 20 production rooms, 1 raw material warehouse, 1 finished product warehouse, and purchases a full set of ruminant feed pelletizers, mixers, crushers and other ancillary facilities.

After the completion of this project, it will provide more convenient high-quality feed for local large-scale breeding companies, reduce freight costs, reduce production costs, increase the income level of breeders, and provide more employment space, reduce idle labor, increase employment income, and continuously improve the people’s sense of gain, satisfaction, and happiness.

The customer is a Pakistani ecological agriculture company that invested 400,000 US dollars to build a 30,000-ton organic fertilizer construction project. The total area of ​​this project is 8000m2. The main construction contents include 1 production workshop, 1 raw material area, 1 finished product area, 1 office building, 1 canteen, etc.

The project uses compost fermentation, crushing, screening, mixing, granulation, drying and other production processes to process organic fertilizers. After completion, it can reach an annual production scale of 15,000 tons of granular organic fertilizers and 15,000 tons of powdered organic fertilizers. It is expected to be put into operation in May 2025.

Recently, the 100,000-ton forage processing project in the United States undertaken by RICHI was officially completed and put into production.

The project is located in Ohio, USA. The project is planned to cover an area of ​​10,000 square meters. Since the project started in May 2024, it has promoted the project construction with high quality. It has now been fully completed and officially put into production.

The project introduces processing equipment such as large-scale silage harvesters, high-efficiency dryers, precise batching mixers and automated packaging production lines, and adopts advanced forage processing technology. From the harvesting, transportation, storage to processing and packaging of raw materials, it follows strict quality control standards to ensure the stability and consistency of product quality.

After the project is running normally, the customer will transfer land to plant forage and sign forage planting and purchase contracts with local farmers, which will drive the development of the forage and livestock industry in the surrounding areas. At the same time, it can absorb the surrounding surplus labor force to work nearby, effectively increasing farmers’ income. According to statistics, the company has currently transferred 2,000 acres of land for planting forage corn, and will store 30,000 tons of forage in 2024.

Recently, Kyrgyzstan ruminant total mixed ration production line project officially put into operation.

The total investment of the project equipment is 380,000 US dollars, covering an area of ​​3,000 square meters, with a designed annual production capacity of 50,000 tons, which can meet the annual forage demand of 20,000 cattle units.

The produced and processed total mixed ration (TMR) can produce various roughage, concentrates, vitamins, trace elements and other feeds according to scientific formulas according to the nutritional needs of ruminants such as cattle and sheep at different growth and development stages, improve the digestion and absorption rate of cattle and sheep for feed, reduce waste, reduce the occurrence of diseases, and increase the reproduction rate, truly realizing “cost reduction and efficiency improvement”.

Recently, RICHI’s France high-quality organic fertilizer production line construction project has been basically completed and is expected to be put into use in early 2025. By then, it can meet the needs of about 25,000 pigs for the disposal of breeding waste, and produce about 10,000 tons of commercial organic fertilizer annually, promoting the development of crop-breeding circular agriculture.

This project is located in Pakistan. The construction nature is new construction and the land use nature is industrial land. The project plant covers an area of ​​2,000 square meters and a building area of ​​4,000 square meters.

The project is engaged in the production and sales of organic fertilizer and biomass molded fuel. The project has not yet been put into production. The raw and auxiliary materials of the enterprise have changed, sludge has been added, and the production capacity has also changed. After the completion of the project, the original 100,000 tons of straw sludge and livestock manure organic fertilizer and 20,000 tons of biomass solid molded fuel will be changed to an annual output of 150,000 tons of straw sludge and livestock manure organic fertilizer and 20,000 tons of biomass solid molded fuel. The total investment in equipment for this project is US$720,000.
