Recently, the Turkish puffed soybean powder project has been successfully put into production. The project has a production capacity of 240 tons/day, and all equipment is provided by RICHI MACHINERY. The main project of the project started construction in June 2024, after 3 months of construction, installation and commissioning.

During the installation and commissioning process, various safety management regulations and operating procedures were strictly implemented, and mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and other operators cooperated closely and coordinated work, taking measures for various abnormal situations and improving process conditions.

At the same time, relevant training was conducted for production, inspection, and safety management personnel. After the joint efforts of all parties, the puffed soybean powder project was successfully put into production on October 22, and all indicators were within the normal range.

The project is located in Ohio, USA. The project is planned to cover an area of ​​10,000 square meters. Since the project started in May 2024, it has promoted the project construction with high quality. It has now been fully completed and officially put into production.

The project introduces processing equipment such as large-scale silage harvesters, high-efficiency dryers, precise batching mixers and automated packaging production lines, and adopts advanced forage processing technology. From the harvesting, transportation, storage to processing and packaging of raw materials, it follows strict quality control standards to ensure the stability and consistency of product quality.

After the project is running normally, the customer will transfer land to plant forage and sign forage planting and purchase contracts with local farmers, which will drive the development of the forage and livestock industry in the surrounding areas. At the same time, it can absorb the surrounding surplus labor force to work nearby, effectively increasing farmers’ income. According to statistics, the company has currently transferred 2,000 acres of land for planting forage corn, and will store 30,000 tons of forage in 2024.

The construction content of the French 4t/h organic fertilizer granule plant project includes organic fertilizer production workshops, production supporting rooms, pig manure treatment production line equipment, organic fertilizer production line equipment, environmental protection equipment, photovoltaic power generation equipment, etc. The design and configuration of pig manure fermentation tanks, dry-wet separators and other equipment will use the process and facilities of producing organic fertilizer from breeding waste and straw to achieve the organic combination and virtuous cycle of planting and breeding industries, and create green and circular ecological agriculture.

With the blessing of RICHI straw pelleting technology, the customer company opened a “forage supermarket” to meet the needs of farmers at different levels. Kazakhstan is rich in straw resources.
