Recently, a large-scale bio-organic fertilizer plant undertaken by RICHI MACHINERY started construction in Tunisia. The project uses biological fermentation methods to harmlessly treat livestock and poultry manure and waste straw. After completion, it is expected to produce 30,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizer annually.

This bio-organic fertilizer production project is expected to invest nearly 10,000 US dollars and cover an area of ​​4,000 square meters. The organic fertilizer production line project will complete infrastructure construction in early June 2025, complete equipment installation and commissioning in late September, and start production in October. After the organic fertilizer plant is put into production, it can process 70,000 tons of livestock and poultry manure and agricultural waste straw each year, produce 30,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizer annually, and the annual output value can reach 3 million US dollars.

After production, local livestock and poultry manure or waste straw can be transported to the bio-organic fertilizer plant for recycling and treatment, which will effectively solve its pollution problem to the environment.

By harmlessly treating livestock manure and waste straw, we can effectively solve the air and water pollution caused by manure in livestock and poultry breeding and production, reduce the spread of diseases caused by the stacking of livestock and poultry manure, and at the same time, through factory-based treatment, livestock manure and waste straw can meet the requirements of harmless, resource-based and industrialized treatment, produce organic fertilizers required for ecological agriculture, and achieve a win-win situation of economic and ecological benefits.

On February 18, 2025, with the instructions of the central control room staff, Ecuador’s 10,000-ton premix production line was officially put into production.

The client of this premix feed mill project is an Ecuadorian biotechnology company, established in May 2022, and is a high-tech enterprise integrating biological feed research and development, production and sales. The company has a total investment of 2 million US dollars. At present, it has built an annual production line of 10,000 tons of premix feed and an annual production line of 10,000 tons of biological fermentation feed. It is equipped with advanced instrument inspection equipment such as atomic absorption high-performance liquid chromatography, and researches and develops premixes, fermented feed, fermented raw materials, functional additives and other products.

The client company started construction in May 2024. At present, it has built a production workshop, finished product warehouse, raw material warehouse, and fermentation warehouse. After production, it produces about 8 tons of feed per day and absorbs more than 20 migrant workers from the surrounding area.

Feed is the foundation for the development of modern animal husbandry. Ecuador has clean water, high soil fertility, dry climate, high quality standards of corn produced, and unique natural endowments for the development of feed industry. The completion and commissioning of this project will drive the local agricultural industrialization process, further promote the high-quality development of local animal husbandry, and inject new vitality into the local economic and social development.

Recently, the premix feed mill plant project undertaken by RICHI was completed and put into production. The customer of this project is a manufacturer specializing in the production of premix feed, concentrated feed, and compound feed. It began to invest and build in Rwanda in 2005. The new plant area that was completed and put into production this time is expected to produce 10,000 tons of additive premix feed each year after it is officially put into production.

It will become the most advanced premix feed manufacturer in the local area. In the past ten months, the customer company has continuously improved quality and efficiency, made every effort to expand the market, and achieved excellent results with an output value of over one million.

Recently, the France Bio-organic Fertilizer Processing Project undertaken by RICH was officially put into production. This bio-organic fertilizer production line project was invested and constructed by an agricultural technology company in France with a total investment of US$430,000. The plant area is about 2,000 square meters, with one standard production line, an office of 500 square meters and other supporting facilities.

It collects and processes 40,000 tons of livestock and poultry manure and crop straw annually, and can produce a total of 20,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizer, compound microbial fertilizer, compound fertilizer and water-soluble fertilizer.

The parameters of the organic fertilizer products produced by this project fully meet or exceed the industry standards. The products are suitable for a variety of crops such as vegetables, flowers, fruits, and grains. They can effectively improve soil structure, enhance permeability, improve ground temperature and fertility, and improve the stress resistance of crops.

The official commissioning of this organic fertilizer production project will have a positive role in improving the physical and chemical properties and biological activity of local grain land soil in France, increasing the yield of grain crops, developing green agriculture, and protecting the ecological environment.

Recently, the 80,000-ton annual high-end feed production line project in Ecuador undertaken by RICHI is steadily moving towards its expected goal. Since the groundbreaking in June 2024, it has continued to accelerate and demonstrated strong development momentum. The project has now entered the final stage.

At present, the construction site of the Ecuador project is busy. The raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, and main workshop have been formed, and the workers are busy with external decoration. At the same time, the core production equipment has been installed and is being debugged. This batch of RICHI feed mill equipment using advanced technology will provide solid guarantees for the production of high-quality, high-nutritional value high-end feed, and lay a solid foundation for the upcoming trial production and formal operation.

The main project has been completed, the internal machines have also been installed, and are being debugged. It is expected to start trial production with materials in mid-March 2025. During the project construction, the People’s Government of Jingyan County provided great support and assistance in electricity, gas, and handling of certificates, enabling the project to start construction and enter trial production that year.

This high-end feed production and R&D project with an annual output of 80,000 tons is invested and constructed in three phases.

Among them, the first phase will build an annual output of 20,000 tons of livestock and poultry feed production line and office building, inspection laboratory, production workshop, raw and auxiliary material storage intelligent control system, automatic proportioning and weighing control system, automatic speed control system, granulation control system, automatic weighing and packaging control system, automatic stacking robot system and supporting facilities; the second phase will build an annual output of 30,000 tons of livestock and poultry powder feed production line; the third phase will build a research and development center building and an annual output of 30,000 tons of aquatic pellet feed intelligent production line.

Recently, the first organic fertilizer production project in Cote d’Ivoire undertaken by RICHI was put into production. The organic fertilizer plant project adopts domestic advanced intelligent integrated equipment and uses bioengineering bacteria to aerobic fermentation of livestock and poultry manure and straw to achieve harmlessness and organic matter degradation and maturity, and make high-quality organic fertilizer raw materials.

Then, through automated organic fertilizer deep processing equipment, nutrient elements (NPK) and biologically active bacteria are added to make high-quality refined organic fertilizer and biological organic fertilizer. The project can produce 20,000 tons of organic fertilizer per year, harmlessly treat 30,000 tons of livestock and poultry manure and 10,000 tons of straw per year.

At present, 1,092 square meters of production workshops, 1,092 square meters of aging workshops, and 638.82 square meters of warehouses have been completed, and all production equipment has been assembled and put into production.

In order to effectively solve the pollution problem of livestock and poultry breeding, in recent years, some areas in Uganda have accelerated the construction of ecological agriculture, implemented ecological circular agriculture county-wide promotion demonstration projects, turned livestock and poultry manure into organic fertilizer, formed a circular economy model, and turned “waste” into “treasure” to drive rural revitalization.

In January 2025, the Uganda organic fertilizer production line project undertaken by RICHI was officially put into production, and the automated and intelligent organic waste treatment production line is running at high speed. Here, livestock and poultry manure is transformed into high-quality organic fertilizer after a series of processes such as pretreatment, fermentation, and drying.

Since the trial operation in January 2024, a total of 45,000 tons of waste has been processed and 3,200 tons of finished organic fertilizer have been produced.

In order to promote the scientific treatment of livestock and poultry manure, the local area introduced the RICHI livestock and poultry manure resource utilization project. In 2023, the project started construction. In 2025, the project was officially put into production. After full production, it can produce 30,900 tons of high-quality commercial organic fertilizer per year, which can effectively solve the problem of livestock and poultry manure disposal in large-scale farms in the county, help the masses use organic fertilizer to develop green circular agriculture, and solve nearly 10 jobs at the same time.

The successful operation of the livestock and poultry manure resource utilization project not only promotes the development of local ecological agriculture towards scale, standardization and industrialization, but also further improves the level of local livestock and poultry manure resource utilization, and builds a path for the development of ecological circular agriculture with resource conservation, clean production, waste recycling, and safe and high-quality products.

Many advantages of biomass pellet fuel. As a renewable energy and alternative fuel, it can not only be used in industrial production, power generation, flue-cured tobacco baking and other fields, but also has the characteristics of high combustion efficiency, stable calorific value and high purity. Compared with traditional fossil fuels, the harmful gas and particulate matter emissions generated during its combustion are lower and more environmentally friendly.

This project will make full use of renewable resources, promote the transformation of clean energy, promote the sustainable development of the local economy and the protection of the ecological environment. Biomass pellet fuel is expected to become an important part of the future energy structure, with broad market prospects and important economic and environmental value.

In addition, the production of biomass pellet fuel has played a positive role in promoting the sustainable management and utilization of forest resources because it requires a large amount of biomass as raw materials.

At the same time, as a natural and renewable energy source, biomass pellet fuel can effectively replace traditional fossil energy such as coal and oil, thereby reducing dependence on limited resources, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and promoting the transformation of clean energy. More importantly, the carbon dioxide released during its combustion process can be absorbed by biomass, forming a closed carbon cycle, which helps to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality and thus reduce the impact on climate change.

The biomass pellet production line project has a superior geographical location, convenient transportation, and relatively mature infrastructure conditions such as water, electricity, and communications, which provides a strong guarantee for the construction of the project. In addition, the purchase of construction materials is also quite convenient, which can fully meet the construction needs of the project.

In terms of project construction content, the customer plans to build 2 crushing production lines and 4 pelletizing production lines, and purchase related facilities and equipment, such as crushers, fully automated drying equipment, compression molding equipment, etc.

The project construction links mainly include the selection, procurement and installation of equipment, as well as the renovation of plant (workshop), the construction of new and supporting outdoor yards, roads, walls and other ancillary projects. The construction period of the entire biomass pellet project is expected to be no more than 13 months. The company strives to start construction and complete it within 2025.

The main construction content of the project includes: the construction of 11 aquatic feed production lines, mainly including raw material receiving and cleaning system, coarse crushing system, ingredient mixing system, ultrafine crushing system, granule line system, puffing and drying system, packaging system, spray cooling system, powder return system, etc. The main buildings include workshops, warehouses, equipment rooms, boiler rooms, comprehensive buildings, dormitories, etc.

The third phase of the project is designed to produce 395,400 tons of extruded fish feed and 192,000 tons of shrimp feed pellets per year.

Project energy consumption and main energy efficiency indicators: After the project is completed and put into production, the annual comprehensive energy consumption shall not exceed 18,581 tons of standard coal, of which the annual electricity consumption shall not exceed 58.24 million kWh and the biomass molding fuel consumption shall not exceed 19,937 tons; the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of shrimp feed (pelleting) of the project shall not exceed 19.67 kg of standard coal/ton, and the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of puffed fish feed shall not exceed 37.44 kg of standard coal/ton.

The area where the project is located requires 350,000 tons of forage and more than 200,000 tons of feed for fattening each year, which provides a broad market prospect for the sales of products after the implementation of the project. At present, most of the forage feed for cattle and sheep in the local area is transferred from other places and processed by farmers themselves.

The nutritional composition ratio of forage is unscientific, which reduces the feed-to-meat ratio and increases the breeding cost. Therefore, the project meets the development requirements of Saudi Arabia’s forage industry and local actual needs, reduces the feeding costs of farmers, increases the economic benefits of feeding, and promotes the healthy development of local cattle and sheep industries.
