The project is built next to a local dairy factory. The project covers an area of ​​1,400 square meters, with a construction area of ​​2,000 square meters. The main buildings include 4 agricultural sheds. The project mixes cow dung with mushroom residue, sugar residue and fermentation bacteria in a certain proportion for composting and fermentation to produce organic fertilizer. It is expected to process about 10,000 tons of dairy cow dung and produce 10,000 tons of organic waste annually. There are 6 employees, and they do not eat and stay in the factory. They work 8 hours a day and produce 300 days a year. The total investment in project equipment is 330,000 US dollars.

Recently, RICHI signed a project for a production line of 50,000 tons of straw fermented feed pellets per year in Sudan. The raw materials are mainly straw, corn, soybean meal and EM bacteria. The products are mainly straw fermented feed (with straw as one raw material) and straw mixed fermented feed (with straw, corn and soybean meal as three raw materials).

The main production process of straw fermented feed (with straw as raw material) is to add water and EM bacteria to the crushed and kneaded straw, and then process it into straw fermented feed through mixing, stirring, bagging and fermentation.

The main production process of straw mixed fermented feed (with straw, corn and soybean meal as raw materials) is to mix the crushed and kneaded straw, matured and crushed corn kernels and soybean meal, add water and EM bacteria to mix, stir, bag and ferment, and process it into straw mixed fermented feed.

The main project of this project: straw storage area, straw pretreatment semi-enclosed plant, production workshop, fermentation warehouse, product storage shed, bacterium making room, laboratory, locker room, canteen and office room. The heat used in this project in winter is provided by air energy heat pump, which mainly provides heat for the fermentation warehouse; the office is heated by electricity.

The total area of ​​this project is 2000m2, and the total construction area is 4000m2. The labor quota of this project is 30 people, 16 hours a day, and 300 working days a year. The total equipment investment is 470,000 US dollars.

Recently, Mississippi, USA, built a straw drying feed project with an annual output of 200,000 tons. The project introduced a full set of pellet production line equipment from RICHI and equipped with several RICHI large-scale high-efficiency straw dryers.

The total investment of the project is 820,000 US dollars. It uses local cogeneration resources to purchase agricultural waste straw such as corn straw, rice straw, sorghum stalks, reeds, and forage grass in the city as raw materials, and adopts new clean production technologies to process and produce multifunctional biological bacteria fermented straw high-protein feed, stalk feed, and complete pellet feed for livestock and poultry. The products have a wide range of uses and a broad market. The introduction of this project can make efficient use of local crop straw and turn waste into treasure.

At present, the customer has set up a temporary straw purchase point in the local area to purchase local corn straw, peanut stalks and other agricultural waste straw at a low price, opening a new chapter in the local comprehensive utilization of crop straw to create an ecological industry.

Recently, Pakistan’s annual production of 90,000 tons of puffed single feed raw material powder construction project undertaken by RICHI MACHINERY is about to start construction.

The total investment of this project is 380,000 US dollars, and the total area of ​​the project is 1,800m2. The supporting new office building (mobile board structure) has a 2-story area of ​​about 120 m2, the raw material yard (i.e. silo) covers an area of ​​about 400 m2 (arranged 4 600-ton silos), and the vehicle parking and transfer area is about 584 m2. The public works and employee accommodation rely on the existing customer company. The project uses soybeans, corn, and rapeseed as the main raw materials. Recently, a small-scale production project of 6,000 tons of cow dung organic fertilizer in the United States is about to start construction. The cow dung pellet production line equipment of the project is all provided by RICHI MAHCINERY.

Cow dung contains 10-20% crude protein, 1-3% crude fat, 15-30% crude fiber, and 20-30% ammonia-free exudates, which are very nutritious. Purchase production equipment such as fermentation tanks, vertical mixers, hydraulic continuous compost turners, small-angle conveyors, organic fertilizer granulators, drying machines, automatic packaging facilities, and supporting factory buildings, warehouses and other related facilities.

The project will cost 600,000 USD (equipment purchase cost is about 200,000 USD, and land and plant construction cost is 400,000 USD). After the project is completed and put into operation, the investment recovery period is about 3 years.

Recently, the Uruguay ruminant feed production line technical transformation project undertaken by RICHI was completed. Since the implementation of the project, the customer has invested US$700,000 to introduce RICHI ruminant feed process technology and build an international first-class high-end cattle and sheep feed production base.

The animal feed mill plant project introduces RICHI’s new processes and technologies with international advanced levels, which can make the feed product manufacturing level reach the international advanced level, the nutritional indicators reach the level of imported similar products, and the product performance reaches the industry advanced level.

According to the customer’s needs: “The raw materials selected from the formula must be green and pollution-free, and the manufacturing process uses CNC intelligent management production lines to ensure no cross contamination, which will better guarantee the quality of the product.” The RICHI engineering team successfully completed the entire feed factory reconstruction design.

After the animal feed factory project is completed and reaches full production, it can achieve an additional sales revenue of 50 million US dollars, an additional profit of 20 million US dollars, and 120 new social jobs. Driven by this project, the customer company will achieve an annual sales revenue of over 100 million US dollars.

Recently, an India fish feed production line project with an output of 6-7 tons per hour has finally been completed. All the equipment for the project was provided by RICHI Machinery. The project was launched as early as 2021. Due to funding issues, the project was suspended for 2 years. It was restarted in June 2024 and successfully completed on October 18. After one month of trial operation, the project will be officially put into production.

This 30,000-ton aquatic fish feed mill project has a total area of ​​3581.8 square meters and a total construction area of ​​approximately 5908.11 square meters. The company plans to invest 1 million US dollars to build an puffed soybean powder production project in Moscow. The grain extrusion project has a production scale of 1,000 tons/day and an annual output of 30,000 to 60,000 tons.

Recently, news came from the Peru project that the expansion and renovation project of the Peru feed puffing production line undertaken by RICHI will be fully completed by the end of this year.

The client of this project is a joint-stock enterprise specializing in the production and operation of aquatic feed. The company covers an area of ​​5,700 square meters, produces and sells about 40,000 tons of feed annually, with an output value of US$20 million. After more than ten years of development, the company has become a well-known local aquatic feed company, and the fish feed produced by the client company has become a recognized brand product in the local and surrounding areas.

The total investment of this feed extrusion production line expansion project is US$420,000, adding 1 extruded fish feed production line and comprehensively upgrading and renovating the production workshop and factory building of about 5,500 square meters, and building a new comprehensive office building of 2,897.5 square meters.

The project started construction in March 2024. As of now, the aqua feed production line has been basically completed and equipment installation is underway; the main body of the comprehensive office building has been completed and the interior and exterior decoration is underway.
