The total investment of the project is 1.2 million US dollars, and the land area is 3,000 square meters. The project was signed at the end of July 2024 and construction started in November 2024. After the project reaches full production and meets the standards, it will produce 14,500 tons of bio-environmental pesticides and 20,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizers annually, with annual sales revenue of millions of US dollars.

All the equipment for the organic fertilizer production line of this project is provided by RICHI, and for the pesticide production line, we provide a fully automatic batching system, mixing system and liquid addition system, and other equipment is purchased by the customer.

Recently, the Zimbabwe organic fertilizer plant was officially completed and put into operation, and more than 40 tons of organic fertilizer produced have been put on the market. The commissioning of this organic fertilizer production project fills the gap in local organic fertilizer production.

The Zimbabwe organic fertilizer plant started construction on November 9, 2023, and built a solar fermentation workshop of 2245.75 square meters, a secondary aging workshop of 875.2 square meters, a fertilizer workshop of 1313 square meters, and installed 2 organic fertilizer powder and granular production lines. , Built a deodorization pool of 208 square meters, a storage workshop of 600 square meters, and consume more than 20,000 tons of livestock and poultry manure resources annually.

In 2024, this organic fertilizer plant built a new production workshop of 5,500 square meters and added a production line, which can achieve an annual output of 20,000 tons of organic fertilizer.

Recently, at the construction site of our UAE pet feed factory project, machines roared and a large number of workers were working hard at their respective posts. After the pet food production line project is put into operation, the customer will become the local enterprise with the strongest R&D and production capabilities for all categories of pet food, opening up a new track for Taian’s pet food processing industry.

It is understood that the project customer is an animal nutrition food company in the UAE. The total investment of this pet food deep processing project is planned to be US$4 million, covering an area of ​​26,500 square meters, and the main construction will be carried out in three phases.

The first phase plans to build an intelligent manufacturing base for processing 20,000 tons of pet dry food annually, the second phase plans to build an intelligent manufacturing base for processing 10,000 tons of pet canned food annually, and the third phase plans to build an intelligent manufacturing base for processing 20,000 tons of plant cat litter annually.

Since the start of construction, the project has progressed rapidly. At present, the first phase of the dry food intelligent manufacturing project and the second phase of the canned food intelligent manufacturing project are catching up with the progress at the same time.

In 2025, the first and second phases of this project will start construction at the same time, building a pet dry food intelligent production line and its related supporting facilities, a pet fresh meat processing center, and a wet food intelligent production line and its supporting facilities. After the completion of the project, it can drive the development of local planting and animal husbandry, achieve an annual output value of tens of millions of US dollars, and provide more than 80 jobs.

Recently, in the first livestock and poultry manure organic fertilizer production base in Uruguay that we built, we can see that in the tall factory building, workers are installing equipment in a tense and orderly manner, and the auxiliary projects in the factory area have also entered the finishing stage. At present, all equipment installation and commissioning will be completed by the end of this month, and will be put into trial production in March 2025.

The project uses advanced modern processes, technologies and equipment to process livestock and poultry manure and straw into organic fertilizer, which is an important part of modern circular agriculture.

The organic fertilizer production line project has an annual designed production capacity of 20,000 tons. The main raw materials are straw and livestock and poultry manure by-products. After reaching full production, it can digest and utilize 10,000 tons of crop straw and 30,000 tons of livestock and poultry manure annually, and produce 20,000 tons of powdered organic fertilizer, granular bio-organic fertilizer, and organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer annually.

The prohibition of burning crop straw and the harmless treatment of livestock and poultry manure have always been a problem that has plagued Uruguay. The completion and commissioning of this organic fertilizer production project can basically digest the surface pollution sources such as crop straw, large-scale livestock and poultry manure that should be treated in the local and surrounding areas, which can not only better protect arable land and surface and groundwater resources, but also reduce the use of chemical inorganic fertilizers and improve the output and quality of agricultural products.

On February 15, 2025, Belarus organic pet food processing project started construction. The project will adopt the most advanced twin-screw extrusion process and produce 10,000 tons of pet puffed feed annually.

This organic pet food processing project has a total investment of US$2.3 million and covers an area of ​​2,300 square meters. It is a processing enterprise that produces organic pet food raw materials, pet food and pet snacks. It is divided into two phases.

After the pet feed mill project is fully put into production, it can achieve an annual operating income of nearly millions of US dollars and provide employment for 18 people. The project will also form an upstream and downstream industrial chain with the pet products company started by the client company to promote industrial cluster development.

This project undertaken by RICHI comes from an agricultural company in Turkey. The project is constructed in the EPC+F general contracting mode with a total investment of US$3 million and a total construction area of ​​approximately 15,000 square meters, including a comprehensive building, finished product warehouse, high tower workshop, drum workshop, Class C warehouse and other related supporting facilities. The designed production scale is 50,000 tons of granulated compound fertilizer per year.

At the project construction site, large-scale lifting machinery is carrying out the final hoisting operation on the top of the finished product warehouse workshop, and workers are carrying out the internal masonry construction of the high tower workshop. At present, the comprehensive building of the project has been completed, some workshops have been built, and the high tower workshop is under orderly construction.

This new compound fertilizer project has completed 65% of the workload and is expected to be accepted by the end of April 2025.

After the project is completed, it can solve the agricultural material needs of local growers during production, alleviate the problem of agricultural production material resources, and further extend the enterprise’s industrial chain. Recently, a 50,000-ton annual production of biomass pellets project invested by a Venezuelan agricultural company was put into production.

Biomass pellet fuel is known as “green coal” and is a clean energy. The project mainly uses agricultural and forestry waste as raw materials to process and produce biomass pellets, realize the comprehensive recycling of agricultural waste, and effectively solve the problems of rural environmental pollution caused by burning. The total investment of the project is 1.17 million US dollars.

After it is put into production, it will consume about 59,000 tons of forestry waste wood such as rotten wood branches annually, and the annual output value is expected to reach 10 million US dollars, with obvious ecological and economic benefits.

Recently, the fermentation workshop framework structure of the first phase of the microbial organic fertilizer production line construction project of an agricultural and animal husbandry biotechnology company in Angola and RICHI has entered the final stage. After the project is put into production, it will further consume the surrounding livestock and poultry manure and agricultural crop straw, and provide help for promoting the high-value utilization of agricultural and animal husbandry waste and green organic agriculture.

At the construction site, the workers overcame the influence of the weather and seized the time to weld the ceiling of the fermentation workshop. At present, mechanical fermentation equipment is entering the factory one after another, and the fermentation base material has been fermented, meeting the conditions for starting production.

The customer signed a cooperation agreement with RICHI in August 2024, signed an agreement with the investor in September, and started the construction of the plant in October. The fermentation tank was ordered by RICHI and is expected to be installed in May 2025, and then the rest of the fermentation workshop and raw material workshop will be completed.

At present, the customer company has obtained the organic fertilizer trademark and the government-certified production license.

The microbial organic fertilizer construction project plans to invest $900,000, focusing on the construction of two major sectors: straw biological development and agricultural and industrial waste resource utilization.

After the organic fertilizer production project is put into production, it will consume 5 tons of livestock and poultry manure and 20,000 acers of crop straw each year. After reaching full production, it will produce 15,000 tons of microbial organic fertilizer annually, which can meet the fertilizer needs of 30,000 mu of organic rice (corn) or 60,000 mu of organic soybeans, and promote the coordinated and unified local agricultural production, life and ecology, green development and sustainable utilization of soil resources.

The total investment of the project is US$820,000, covering an area of ​​5,800 square meters. It mainly builds a centralized agricultural waste treatment center with an annual processing capacity of 55,000 tons. Agricultural waste such as livestock and poultry, manure, tail vegetables, and straw will be processed into organic fertilizer through aerobic fermentation, aging and other processes. After the equipment is put into operation, it will produce 50,000 tons of organic fertilizer annually, build a waste agricultural film recycling center, and recycle 800 tons of waste agricultural film annually, which will play a positive role in improving the local production environment.

Through the implementation of this organic fertilizer production line project, local economic development will be promoted, local fiscal revenue and residents’ income will be increased, the recycling rate of mulch film and straw in the county will reach more than 90%, the resource utilization rate of livestock and poultry manure will reach more than 80%, and the comprehensive utilization of food waste will reach more than 45%, which can effectively improve and protect the ecological environment and promote the high-quality development of agriculture and animal husbandry.
