The Cameroon organic fertilizer company was established in September 2022 with a total investment of US$700,000 and was built in two phases.

Among them, the first phase of the project built more than 3,000 square meters of new factories, warehouses, and office buildings, purchased more than 10 transport vehicles, forklifts, sewage treatment vehicles and other equipment, and 1 set of organic fertilizer testing equipment, and built a biological organic solid fertilizer production line; the second phase of the project mainly built standardized factories, warehouses and office buildings, purchased production lines and other equipment, and established technology research and development centers, remote production monitoring centers, product display and sales centers and other related institutions.

The products of this project are processed from chicken feathers, pig manure and other waste materials after harmless treatment. It not only pays attention to ecological protection but also realizes resource utilization, and has broad market prospects.

After cooperating on a 2-ton cat litter processing project in 2020, the Thai customer, a local pet products company, achieved higher corporate profits. In 2024, the customer will cooperate with RICHI again to promote the second phase of the cat litter production line project. At present, the second phase of the project’s plant has been basically completed, and it is expected to be completed and put into production at the end of July 2025.

The project is a professional tofu cat litter production company. Walking into the first phase production workshop, the machine is running at high speed, the workers are packaging the products in an orderly manner, and bags of “tofu cat litter” are coming off the line one after another and sent to different destinations.

In order to better expand the production scale and improve production technology, the company is fully promoting the construction of the second phase of the project, building a fully automatic intelligent production line, and is committed to creating an intelligent factory with intelligent production and intelligent packaging.

The equipment for the second phase has been ordered, and the steel structure is now under construction. It is expected to be completed by the end of June and trial production will be carried out in July.

In order to promote high-quality, efficient, green and safe organic fertilizers, improve the soil structure for planting, replace chemical fertilizers with organic fertilizers, and reduce the use of chemical fertilizers, the project client, an agricultural company, introduced advanced organic fertilizer processing equipment from RICHI MACHINERY, hired professional organic fertilizer R&D personnel, and established an organic fertilizer production line with an annual production of 30,000 tons of organic fertilizers, which not only solved the environmental pollution problem of livestock and poultry manure in local farms, but also solved the problem of local farmers’ difficulty in purchasing.

Biological organic fertilizers can condition the soil, activate the activity rate of microorganisms in the soil, overcome soil compaction, and increase soil air permeability. Reduce water loss and evaporation, reduce the pressure of drought, reduce chemical fertilizers, reduce salinity damage, and improve soil fertility while reducing the use of chemical fertilizers or gradually replacing chemical fertilizers, so as to significantly increase the production of food crops, cash crops, vegetables, and fruits. In recent years, with the rapid development of green organic agriculture, the market demand for organic fertilizers has continued to increase. Recently, the Russia organic fertilizer production line project undertaken by RICHI has entered the final stage of equipment installation and is about to be put into operation.

In order to solve the problem of agricultural waste disposal in Russia and meet the market demand for organic fertilizer, the client of the project, a biotechnology company, accelerated the construction of the bio-organic fertilizer project and used the existing factory to build a bio-organic fertilizer project with an annual output of 36,000 tons.

The total construction area of ​​the project is 7,000 square meters, including facilities such as fermentation workshops, storage yards, packaging workshops, and finished product warehouses. The project adopts a unique aerobic fermentation technology to achieve rapid composting and fermentation of organic waste such as livestock and poultry manure and garden pruning branches to produce high-quality, environmentally friendly and efficient bio-organic fertilizer.

As a key local organic fertilizer production project, the project can produce 36,000 tons of organic fertilizer per year after it is put into operation, with an estimated annual output value of more than 3 million US dollars. The project mainly collects livestock and poultry manure from local cattle farms and pig farms to make organic fertilizer, drive the surrounding areas to replace simple chemical fertilizers with bio-organic fertilizers to improve the quality of agricultural products, help Russia’s agricultural construction, and effectively improve the surrounding production and living environment.

The organic fertilizer processing plant will cooperate with local farms to provide special fertilizers for farms, reduce pollution, ensure soil fertility, save farm management costs from the source, promote farm efficiency, and increase farmers’ income. At the same time, it will promote the quality and efficiency of local characteristic industries, reduce local agricultural non-point source pollution, promote local organic agriculture construction, and help brighten the local ecological “base color”.

Recently, RICHI signed a 50,000-ton annual intelligent and resource-based biomass pellet fuel project in Malaysia. The total investment of the project is US$760,000.

The construction content of this project is mainly as follows: to build an intelligent and resource-based biomass pellet production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons in the existing production plant, and to add advanced equipment such as crushers, pulverizers, granulators, bag dust collectors, etc., and to match integrated automatic control systems such as DCS and PLC. Purchase agricultural and forestry residues to manufacture biomass briquette fuels and match biomass boilers.

After the biomass pellet plant project is completed and put into operation, the annual use of biomass briquette fuel is 56,300ta (the received base low calorific value is about 2815KCalkg).

The raw materials used in this project are mainly palm waste, empty fruit bunches, felling waste, etc.

This organic fertilizer production project is a clean energy project and one of the local grain processing supporting projects. The project will rely on the city’s large area of ​​crops, waste straw and animal manure, and after fermentation and scientific compounding, it will finally turn waste into treasure.

After the organic fertilizer production line project is completed in 2025, it is expected to process more than 40,000 tons of waste raw materials annually, produce about 10,000 tons of natural plant-based biological pesticides and more than 20,000 tons of organic fertilizers annually. Compared with traditional chemical pesticides, the cost per mu of land using biological pesticides will be reduced by half.

Organic fertilizers can also effectively improve the soil compaction condition, which is conducive to crop absorption of nutrients and promotion of growth and development, and is in line with the development direction of modern agriculture.

This biomass pellet project is a new project, covering an area of ​​1,828m2. The project includes 3 production lines: wood processing production line, biomass pellet processing production line, and machine-made charcoal processing production line. The main construction content includes 1# plant, 2# plant, 3# plant, comprehensive building, raw material yard, diesel tank area, etc.

  • Plant 1# is located in the middle of the project area, with a construction area of ​​about 3955m2. It is a steel structure plant, mainly engaged in the processing of machine-made charcoal and biomass pellets. It has a production line of 30,000 tons of biomass pellet fuel per year and a production line of 2,000 tons of waste biomass charcoal per year, with wood processing scraps, sawdust, etc. stored;
  • Plant 2# is located on the south side of the project area, with a construction area of ​​about 877.24m2, a steel structure plant, 9m high, and a wood processing production line with an annual output of 5,000 cubic meters;
  • Plant 3# is located on the east side of the project area, with a construction area of ​​about 1747.45m2, a steel structure plant, 6m high, mainly for the storage of finished biomass pellets, machine-made charcoal and wood. The comprehensive building is located on the northeast side of the project area, with a construction area of ​​about 870.98m2, a steel-concrete structure, a total of 4 floors, and offices, duty rooms, toilets and canteens. The total investment is US$970,000.

As a green and environmentally friendly project for efficient energy recycling, the organic fertilizer production line project has a total construction area of ​​13,800 square meters, and is equipped with a set of pretreatment, anaerobic fermentation, solid-liquid separation and organic fertilizer production, biogas purification, biogas purification and liquefaction, carbon dioxide production, and comprehensive utilization of thermal energy.

After completion, it will fully adopt the “anoxic hydrolysis + anaerobic fermentation + biogas purification and liquefaction + organic fertilizer” process mode, and centrally collect and process local corn straw, wheat straw, livestock and poultry manure and tail vegetables for resource utilization.

It can not only form a production capacity of 12,800 tons of liquefied natural gas, 32,100 tons of liquid carbon dioxide, and 50,000 tons of solid organic fertilizer, but also promote the resource utilization of local crops, and promote the efficient transformation of organic matter and efficient energy circulation. It can also solve the air pollution caused by straw burning and the environmental pollution caused by farm manure from the root, and improve the ecological environment of residents. (In this project, the equipment provided by RICHI is organic fertilizer processing equipment, not biogas processing equipment.)

According to the contract signed between RICHI and the customer, the civil engineering of the organic fertilizer production project will be fully completed by the end of March 2025, and the mechanical and electrical equipment installation phase will begin in April, striving to sprint to the goal of production at the end of June.

The new organic fertilizer series products produced by this project have the functions of fixing nitrogen and phosphorus, decomposing fertilizer and pesticide residues, and have a good promoting effect on adjusting soil structure, enhancing soil fertilizer efficiency, improving agricultural product quality, increasing agricultural product income, preventing and controlling harmful microorganisms, and stimulating plant growth.
