This Vietnam livestock and poultry feed production line project with an annual output of 100,000 tons has a total investment of approximately US$2 million, including a comprehensive building and No. 1 production plant (including the main workshop, raw material workshop, finished product workshop, and bulk workshop), with a total construction area of 6,130 square meters.

The Vietnam animal feed production line project will start construction in July 2023 and will be completed by the end of May this year. Equipment debugging will be carried out and the trial production stage will be entered.

The Vietnam company has 2 feed production lines of automated intelligent animal livestock feed mill equipment. The production equipment includes scraper conveyors, wide fine grinders, self-cleaning bucket elevators, double-shaft blade mixers, speed-adjustable feeders, conditioners, etc. Upon completion, the project will achieve an annual output value of US$50 million.

Recently, the Brazilian 20 tons per hour pig feed factory project undertaken by RICHI is accelerating. The strong compaction project has been completed and temporary construction is underway. It is planned to be completed and put into operation in August 2024.

Walking into the pig livestock feed production line project construction site, you can see large mechanical equipment such as rotary excavators and cranes operating at high speed, with endless roars. Dozens of construction workers are busy at their respective posts, and transport trucks loaded with materials come and go.

There was a scene of construction in full swing. The hard isolation of roads, warehouses and drainage ditches on site are under construction.

The pig feed mill project has completed the construction of temporary offices and living areas, and is now undergoing foundation processing work to promote project construction with high quality and ensure that foundation earthwork excavation will begin in March.

It is understood that this pig feed processing plant project and several other pig farms constitute the whole pig industry chain project of this Brazilian customer. After completion of all projects, a full industrial chain integrating breeding, slaughtering, feed production, food deep processing, and cold chain logistics will be formed.

Recently, with the completion of all engineering projects such as the comprehensive building, main production workshop, and finished product workshop, the construction of the Saudi Arabia 10-20T/H animal feed factory project undertaken by RICHI has been fully completed.

It is expected that by the end of April this year, the customer company will be put into full production after completing the installation and commissioning of the equipment.

On January 5, according to photos sent by RICHI Engineerers from the site, it can be seen in the central control room of the animal feed production plant that staff are checking the debugging status of each feed mill equipment in real time through the electronic screen, walking along the production workshop, each large-scale production equipment is arranged in sequence.

From feeding, crushing and mixing to granulation and packaging, all aspects of production can be mechanized and automated. Only 9 people can cover the management and control of the entire animal feed production line.

It is understood that the animal feed processing plant project covers an area of 900 square meters and has a total investment of US$920,000.

Since the construction of the project started, through measures such as reverse schedule, multi-site operations, team rotation, day and night construction, and nanny-style embedding, the entire process has only taken 6 days.

After the animal feed mill factory project is fully put into operation, it will effectively promote the vigorous development of the local breeding and breeding industry.

Currently, the RICHI South Africa 30t/h feed mill project is under construction. The existing feed production line of the client company of this project can only produce about 150,000 tons per year. After the start of the project, the client company introduced new production and processing equipment, purchased top-level RICHI production equipment, and carried out automation, mechanization, visualization, and intelligence, bulk upgrade, performance will be increased by 30% than before.

A comparison will be more intuitive. In the past, the customer’s feed factory required about 60 people to produce 150,000 tons of feed. After the new factory is completed, only 40 employees will be needed to complete the production capacity of 180,000 tons.

The animal feed mill equipment project has currently completed the single infrastructure construction, the main workshop foundation backfilling, the soybean meal warehouse foundation backfilling, and the corn silo foundation pouring. It is expected to be fully completed in early 2024 and put into use in mid-2024. Annual sales revenue will be achieved after the project is completed and reaches full production. $70 million.

Recently, the Vietnam feed processing plant project with an annual output of 50t/h, contracted by RICHI, has started full construction.

This large-scale feed processing project covers an area of 75 acres. The preliminary project work undertaken by the customer includes site leveling, retaining wall support, and slope control. It was officially completed and accepted on November 20, with an investment of US$3 million.

It is reported that the total investment of this 360,000-ton feed processing plant project is US$10 million. The construction includes factory buildings, comprehensive office buildings, staff dormitories, supporting facilities and the purchase of production equipment.

The client company is currently accelerating the construction of factory walls, water supply and drainage, and roads. The main structure of the factory will start at the end of December and is scheduled to be completed in March 2024.

All RICHI equipment will arrive at the project site by February 2024. All construction projects will be completed and commissioned in May, and production will be officially launched in July.

The construction of this feed processing project will provide Vietnam with a comprehensive industrial chain from feed processing, pig breeding, and deep processing of meat products, to achieve the goal of breeding one million pigs, and to cultivate a tens of billions-level livestock industry with integrated operations from breeding to the table.

Recently, on the construction site of Argentina’s straw (organic waste) clean and efficient resource comprehensive utilization project general contracting project, there was a busy scene of work and progress. After the fertilizer granulation equipment project is completed, local corn straw, wheat straw and livestock and poultry manure will be collected, processed and utilized as resources. It is expected to be officially put into operation at the end of June 2024.

As an efficient energy recycling and green environmental protection project with a total construction area of 83,800 square meters, RICHI Machinery provides pretreatment, anaerobic fermentation, solid-liquid separation and organic fertilizer production, biogas purification, biogas purification and liquefaction for the customer’s organic fertilizer plant.

This feed factory is a supporting project for the customer’s broiler breeding factory. It will introduce advanced automated feed production lines and use a full set of advanced feed production equipment designed and manufactured by RICHI to produce more than 10 products including the brooding period, the rearing period, the laying period, and the post-laying period complete compound feed.

This project belongs to the customer’s chicken entire industry chain project. In the first phase, a feed factory and 15 breeding chicken farms will be constructed. The feed factory will start construction in August 2023. At present, the main construction has been completed, production equipment is being installed, and the interior is being decorated.

The project will be completed in August 2024 and put into production by the end of the year. After the feed factory is completed, it will produce 100,000 tons of feed per year and provide high-quality feed for the breeding chicken project. The factory is an important link in the industrial chain and bears the important responsibility of producing high-quality breeder chicken products.

Recently, in order to accelerate the utilization of local livestock and poultry manure resources in Vietnam, further improve the level of modern agriculture in Vietnam, and achieve a win-win situation of industrial development and environmental protection, a well-known local agricultural development company in Vietnam signed an agreement with RICHI to produce 200,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizer per year pellet production line construction project.

Richi Machinery will provide a complete set of organic fertilizer granule production line equipment and fermentation engineering equipment for this project. The civil engineering and installation phases of the project were completed by a local construction team in Vietnam.

According to the framework agreement signed by both parties, this bio-organic fertilizer production line construction project with an annual output of 200,000 tons and an hourly output of 24t/h is about to start construction, with a total area of approximately 60 to 80 acres and a total investment of approximately US$10 million.

After the project is completed and reaches capacity, it will be able to process 600,000 tons of livestock and poultry manure and produce 200,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizer annually, achieving an annual output value of approximately more than US$40 million.

The pellet plant project will use a unique continuous tank fermentation technology to quickly decompose, remove water and deodorize organic waste that affects the environment, such as livestock and poultry manure, to achieve the purpose of harmlessness, resource utilization and reduction, and to the surrounding environment. No pollution, no odor.

Recently, the groundbreaking ceremony for the 180,000-ton ruminant feed mill project undertaken by RICHI was successfully held. Richi Machinery will provide a full set of automated feed mill equipment and installation and training services for this project.

The project will be built in two phases: In the first phase, two standard production lines and a flaking corn production line will be built, with an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons of ruminant feed (excluding the flaking corn production line capacity).

The construction will be completed and put into operation in October 2024. use. The second phase of the project will enter the construction stage in 2025, and all construction is expected to be completed in mid-June. After the project is fully completed, it is expected to have a production capacity of 180,000 tons and a raw material storage capacity of 10,000 tons.

Recently, the construction of the Malaysia biomass pellet production line project undertaken by RICHI began. The project is invested and constructed by a well-known local biotechnology Co., Ltd. with an investment amount of US$2.4 million. It will build 6 production lines (each production line can produce 6-7t/h per hour) and produce more than 100,000 tons of biopellet fuel annually.

Biopellet fuel is a new energy and environmentally friendly fuel that turns waste into treasure. It uses straw, sawdust, grain husks, coffee shells, wood chips, wood scraps, etc. as raw materials, and is made through crushing, blending, compression, drying and other technical processes. , with the characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection, and conservation of non-renewable resources.

Compared with traditional fuels, it can release more heat at the same cost. It is currently used in rural stoves, rural domestic heating, rural production energy, low-carbon communities, factories, and power plants. Widely used in other fields.

RICHI will provide a complete set of biomass pellet equipment for this fuel pellet plant project, including slicers, template crushers, pulverizers, mowers, drying cylinders, wood pellet mills, coolers, packaging scales, screening equipment, etc. This bio-pellet fuel pellet production line project It is expected to be put into production in August 2024.
