As a dedicated feed supply base for chicken farms and pig farms within the customer company, this project undertakes the feed supply task of supporting farms, which puts higher requirements on the safety and timeliness of feed supply.

At present, the civil engineering of the animal feed factory project is in full swing. The main workshop of the project is expected to be capped before August and officially put into production and operation in October. The project plans to be equipped with 2 1,500-ton steel plate raw material silos, introduce 1 leading pelletizing production line and 1 raw material puffing line from RICHI, and is expected to produce 90,000 tons of efficient compound feed per year.

After the official production, the client company will keep up with the pace of industry development and the needs of the breeding base, apply microbial efficient fermentation raw materials, enzyme preparations, and microecological preparations to feed production, and provide the breeding base with antibiotic-free, safe, green, and high-quality feed products, helping the company’s breeding business to develop steadily.

Recently, Yemen 15t/h feed factory project officially started.

The construction nature of the compound feed mill project: new construction. It covers an area of ​​2044.2 square meters and a green area of ​​284 square meters.

The main projects of the project include: 1 main workshop (5F), 1 finished raw material workshop, 1 finished bulk workshop, 1 raw material bulk workshop, 5 silos (capacity 1500t), 5 silos (capacity 300t), 1 boiler room, and 1 office building. This project produces 100,000 tons of poultry feed per year, mainly for broiler feed. The product pellet size levels are 4.0mm and 3.5mm respectively, and the packaging method is bagged, with a specification of 20-50kg per bag.

After the completion of the Senegal 100,000-ton animal feed production line project, the entire feed factory equipment and control system will be provided by RICHI Machinery. The workers on the site implemented a 24-hour two-shift system. Each construction site and each working group has a dedicated person to supervise and guide the progress of the animal feed factory project. At present, the project construction has completed about 10% of the total project volume. The foundation engineering of the main production workshop, comprehensive building and silo in the site is under construction. Judging from the current progress, the project can be put into production in November this year.

Recently, RICHI won an order for an annual organic fertilizer production line of 80,000 tons of biomass organic fertilizer. The customer is an organic fertilizer company from Thailand. The area where the customer is located has rich oyster shells, fish protein and green algae resources.

The commissioning of this 80,000-ton bio-organic fertilizer production project is a milestone in the development history of the customer’s company. It not only greatly improves the local ability to utilize marine biological resources, but also enables the company’s bio-organic fertilizer to reach a total production capacity of 150,000 tons on the basis of the original two production lines, greatly improving the market’s supply capacity and meeting market demand.

The Aqua Feed Plant project is expected to officially start construction in September 2024. The production workshop of this project will have advanced RICHI puffing production lines, including 2 high-end floating fish feed production lines with an output of 4 tons per hour, 2 high-end shrimp and crab pellet production lines with an output of 3 tons per hour, and 1 5-ton sinking hard pellet fish feed production line. Recently, RICHI signed a new contract with a fertilizer company in India to build a bio organic fertilizer production line project with an annual output of 30,000 tons.

Bio-organic fertilizer refers to a type of microbial fertilizer and organic fertilizer that is composed of specific functional microorganisms and organic materials that are mainly derived from animal and plant residues (such as livestock and poultry manure, crop straw, etc.) and have been harmlessly treated and decomposed.

Bio-organic fertilizer is the basic fertilizer for growing green food. It is suitable for all kinds of plants. It is a complete nutrient fertilizer and has the significance of the development of the times. It is a base project for the global development of green and environmentally friendly agriculture. The location of the organic manure making machine plant project is one of the important commercial grain production bases in India. Recently, RICHI signed a 10 t/h straw pellet mill line project with a large agricultural product company in Kazakhstan. The project invested US$650,000, using the existing factory area and buildings to purchase production equipment such as crushers, granulators, fans, and forklifts for production. After the project is completed and reaches production, it will have an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons of straw biomass pellets.

Our customized production process for customers is as follows:

1. Raw materials

The raw materials of this straw pellet mill plant project come from wheat straw, crop straw, corn straw, soybean straw, peanut straw, waste formwork, etc. from surrounding rural areas. The purchased and bundled straw is transported to the factory area and temporarily stored in the raw material warehouse in the project area. The purchased bales of straw are delivered to the raw material warehouse through loaders, forklifts, etc., and are manually loaded and unloaded onto the conveyor. The straw conveyor adopts a closed structure. Some raw materials with higher moisture content will be dried in the drying field before use.

2. Crushing

Wheat straw, crop straw, corn straw, soybean straw, peanut straw, and waste templates are crushed by a crusher. After crushing, they can be granulated. The raw materials after crushing are less than 5mm.

3. Granulation and molding

The extrusion pellet machine is a key equipment in the turnkey pellet plant. This equipment can be used for different raw materials such as rice and wheat straw, sawdust, corn straw, soybean straw, cotton straw and peanut shells, and the equipment operates stably. The density of processed pellet fuel can reach 0.7 to 1.4 tons/cubic meter. The crushed materials are transported to the silo of the extrusion pellet machine through a closed feeding dragon. The silo is connected to the feeding chamber. Under the joint action of the feeder and scraper, the material is evenly spread on the ring die, and then the material is extruded.

Entering the die hole, the material undergoes processes such as forming and shape retention in the die hole. Due to the increase in pressure in the granulator, the particles themselves deform and flow plastically, and generate a large amount of heat under the action of friction, causing the lignin contained in the raw materials to soften and the adhesive force to increase. The softened lignin and the inherent properties in the biomass. The combined action of cellulose gradually shapes the biomass.

After a certain period of time, it is extruded in a cylindrical shape. The rotating cutter cuts the material into a cylindrical shape and sends it out through the discharge port. This project does not add binders during the compression molding process.

4. Cooling

The temperature of biomass straw pellet fuel is as high as 80-90°C during granulation and discharging. The structure is relatively loose and easily broken. It must be cooled by an air cooling system and cooled to normal temperature before being bagged and stored. It is sent to the cooling machine through the belt conveyor for cooling. The moving chain plate drives the particles to move. There is an air inlet at the lower part and a fan at the upper part. The cooling is completed in 2-3 minutes. The cold sealing process is completed inside the pellet machine. The pellet machine is closed and does not produce dust.

5. Packaging and storage

This design uses a packaging conveyor for measurement, tape packaging, and delivery to the finished product warehouse.

Recently, news came from Turkey 12 t/h organic fertilizer production line project. At present, the project has completed land acquisition, office facilities, staff dormitories, planning approval, project approval, environmental assessment, geological exploration, factory design and other related preliminary preparations. The fertilizer registration certificate application, workshop construction and equipment customization are in progress, and the factory construction is expected to be completed by the end of August 2024; the installation, commissioning and production trial operation of equipment and facilities will be completed by the end of November 2024.

This is our first organic fertilizer granule processing project in Turkey. The project company is a well-known local fertilizer company.
