Biomass fuel is made from sawdust, bark, tobacco stems, tobacco leaves, waste wood and other waste materials as the main raw materials. After crushing, extrusion, cooling, packaging and other processes, it is finally made into environmentally friendly fuel. It has high calorific value, sufficient combustion, clean and environmentally friendly. It burns smokeless and odorless, and its sulfur content, ash content, nitrogen content, etc. are much lower than coal.

Recently, the Canadian biomass straw fuel pellet production line contracted by RICHI is under construction, and the workers are full of energy to speed up the project construction progress.

At present, the crop straw fuel utilization center has completed the main construction of the management building and production workshop, and is installing and debugging the production line equipment (fuel pellet making machine, crusher, dryer, etc.). It is expected to be fully completed and put into operation before July 2024.

It is understood that the total investment of the project is US$800,000, which mainly builds production and living facilities such as production workshops, raw material warehouses, finished product warehouses, and offices, and builds a biomass fuel production line with an annual output of 30,000 tons. The biomass fuel produced is made from agricultural waste and various types of straw or weeds through dust removal, crushing, stirring, extrusion at a certain temperature, drying and other processes. With the technical support of RICHI Machinery, this biomass wood pellet manufacturing plant was put into operation in March 2024 and currently produces 20,000 tons of biomass pellet fuel annually. Now that the fir essential oil production line is running, the fir sawdust will first refine the fir essential oil and then process it into bio-pellet fuel. The sawdust will be fully utilized for a second time, reducing the cost of raw materials and improving the overall benefits of the company.

This project uses leftovers and sawdust produced from fir processing as raw materials to refine and separate fir essential oil to prepare monomer fragrances such as cedarwood alcohol and cedarene.
