Recently, the Vietnam feed processing plant project with an annual output of 50t/h, contracted by RICHI, has started full construction.

This large-scale feed processing project covers an area of 75 acres. The preliminary project work undertaken by the customer includes site leveling, retaining wall support, and slope control. It was officially completed and accepted on November 20, with an investment of US$3 million.

It is reported that the total investment of this 360,000-ton feed processing plant project is US$10 million. The construction includes factory buildings, comprehensive office buildings, staff dormitories, supporting facilities and the purchase of production equipment.

The client company is currently accelerating the construction of factory walls, water supply and drainage, and roads. The main structure of the factory will start at the end of December and is scheduled to be completed in March 2024.

All RICHI equipment will arrive at the project site by February 2024. All construction projects will be completed and commissioned in May, and production will be officially launched in July.

The construction of this feed processing project will provide Vietnam with a comprehensive industrial chain from feed processing, pig breeding, and deep processing of meat products, to achieve the goal of breeding one million pigs, and to cultivate a tens of billions-level livestock industry with integrated operations from breeding to the table.

Recently, on the construction site of Argentina’s straw (organic waste) clean and efficient resource comprehensive utilization project general contracting project, there was a busy scene of work and progress. After the fertilizer granulation equipment project is completed, local corn straw, wheat straw and livestock and poultry manure will be collected, processed and utilized as resources. It is expected to be officially put into operation at the end of June 2024.

As an efficient energy recycling and green environmental protection project with a total construction area of 83,800 square meters, RICHI Machinery provides pretreatment, anaerobic fermentation, solid-liquid separation and organic fertilizer production, biogas purification, biogas purification and liquefaction for the customer’s organic fertilizer plant.

After completion, systems such as carbon dioxide production and comprehensive utilization of thermal energy will fully adopt the “facultative hydrolysis + anaerobic fermentation + biogas purification and liquefaction + organic fertilizer” process model to collect and process local corn straw, wheat straw, livestock and poultry manure in a centralized manner and use them as resources utilization.

It can not only form a production capacity of 12,800 tons of liquefied natural gas, 32,100 tons of liquid carbon dioxide, and 50,000 tons of solid organic fertilizer, promote the utilization of local crop resources, promote the efficient conversion of organic matter and efficient energy recycling, but also solve the root cause of straw burning areas. It will also improve the ecological environment of residents by eliminating future air pollution problems and environmental pollution problems caused by farm manure.

In order to ensure the construction progress, RICHI has dispatched a deep installation team to comprehensively promote various construction tasks and ensure that the civil engineering work will be fully completed by the end of March 2024. In April, it will enter the installation stage of mechanical and electrical equipment, and strive to achieve the goal of putting into production by the end of June.

The total investment in the livestock and poultry feed production project undertaken by RICHI with an annual output of 100,000 tons is approximately US$1.4 million, including a comprehensive building, a R&D building and the No. 1 production plant (including the main workshop, raw material workshop, finished product workshop, and bulk workshop), with a total construction area of 11,130 square meters square meters.

This feed factory is a supporting project for the customer’s broiler breeding factory. It will introduce advanced automated feed production lines and use a full set of advanced feed production equipment designed and manufactured by RICHI to produce more than 10 products including the brooding period, the rearing period, the laying period, and the post-laying period complete compound feed.

This project belongs to the customer’s chicken entire industry chain project. In the first phase, a feed factory and 15 breeding chicken farms will be constructed. The feed factory will start construction in August 2023. At present, the main construction has been completed, production equipment is being installed, and the interior is being decorated.

The project will be completed in August 2024 and put into production by the end of the year. After the feed factory is completed, it will produce 100,000 tons of feed per year and provide high-quality feed for the breeding chicken project. The factory is an important link in the industrial chain and bears the important responsibility of producing high-quality breeder chicken products.

Recently, in order to accelerate the utilization of local livestock and poultry manure resources in Vietnam, further improve the level of modern agriculture in Vietnam, and achieve a win-win situation of industrial development and environmental protection, a well-known local agricultural development company in Vietnam signed an agreement with RICHI to produce 200,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizer per year pellet production line construction project.

Richi Machinery will provide a complete set of organic fertilizer granule production line equipment and fermentation engineering equipment for this project. The civil engineering and installation phases of the project were completed by a local construction team in Vietnam.

According to the framework agreement signed by both parties, this bio-organic fertilizer production line construction project with an annual output of 200,000 tons and an hourly output of 24t/h is about to start construction, with a total area of approximately 60 to 80 acres and a total investment of approximately US$10 million.

After the project is completed and reaches capacity, it will be able to process 600,000 tons of livestock and poultry manure and produce 200,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizer annually, achieving an annual output value of approximately more than US$40 million.

The pellet plant project will use a unique continuous tank fermentation technology to quickly decompose, remove water and deodorize organic waste that affects the environment, such as livestock and poultry manure, to achieve the purpose of harmlessness, resource utilization and reduction, and to the surrounding environment. No pollution, no odor.

Recently, the groundbreaking ceremony for the 180,000-ton ruminant feed mill project undertaken by RICHI was successfully held. Richi Machinery will provide a full set of automated feed mill equipment and installation and training services for this project.

The project will be built in two phases: In the first phase, two standard production lines and a flaking corn production line will be built, with an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons of ruminant feed (excluding the flaking corn production line capacity).

The construction will be completed and put into operation in October 2024. use. The second phase of the project will enter the construction stage in 2025, and all construction is expected to be completed in mid-June. After the project is fully completed, it is expected to have a production capacity of 180,000 tons and a raw material storage capacity of 10,000 tons.

After full production, it is expected to achieve sales revenue of US$60 million, create employment for more than 80 local people, and drive more than 1,000 growers and breeders to improve their planting and breeding levels.

Recently, the construction of the Malaysia biomass pellet production line project undertaken by RICHI began. The project is invested and constructed by a well-known local biotechnology Co., Ltd. with an investment amount of US$2.4 million. It will build 6 production lines (each production line can produce 6-7t/h per hour) and produce more than 100,000 tons of biopellet fuel annually.

Biopellet fuel is a new energy and environmentally friendly fuel that turns waste into treasure. It uses straw, sawdust, grain husks, coffee shells, wood chips, wood scraps, etc. as raw materials, and is made through crushing, blending, compression, drying and other technical processes. , with the characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection, and conservation of non-renewable resources.

Compared with traditional fuels, it can release more heat at the same cost. It is currently used in rural stoves, rural domestic heating, rural production energy, low-carbon communities, factories, and power plants. Widely used in other fields.

RICHI will provide a complete set of biomass pellet equipment for this fuel pellet plant project, including slicers, template crushers, pulverizers, mowers, drying cylinders, wood pellet mills, coolers, packaging scales, screening equipment, etc. This bio-pellet fuel pellet production line project It is expected to be put into production in August 2024.

Recently, the main project of the 240,000 tons annual biological feed mill plant project in Kazakhstan undertaken by RICHI has been capped. RICHI will provide a complete set of animal feed production line equipment for this project. The project will be installed by a local technical team in Kazakhstan. After all equipment is installed, the RICHI engineering team will go to the site to debug the equipment and train operators.

This biological feed mill project with an annual output of 240,000 tons has a total investment of US$1 million, a total planned land area of 28,116 square meters, a designed annual feed production scale of 240,000 tons, and an hourly output of 40t/h. After the project is completed, it will play a positive role in promoting the development of agriculture, animal husbandry and breeding in Kazakhstan and surrounding areas, and promoting the integrated construction of the pig industry chain.

It is expected to be put into operation early next year. After the project is put into operation, it will provide high-quality feed products to the majority of farmers and contribute to the development of the local breeding industry.

It is understood that the project was signed in December 2020, covering an area of 2.096 hectares, with a total construction area of 20,962.94 square meters. The first phase investment of the pig feed mill project is US$10 million, mainly to build feed production facilities and office facilities; the second phase investment is US$5 million, mainly to build a scientific research building for the research and development of feed technology and breeding services.

This Russian customer company has strong product development and quality control capabilities; the core feed production equipment of the project is provided by Richi Machinery, using a fully automatic batching system. Its main products are pig series high-end feed, with a designed production capacity of 180,000 tons. After the project is completed and put into production, the products will mainly radiate to Russia and other CIS countries.

It is worth mentioning that in order to strictly prevent and control the African swine fever epidemic, the project adopts an innovative double-door double-pound design, improves scientific logistics channels, and strives to ensure biosafety.

Recently, the RICHI 10t/h straw pellet production line was put into production in Brazil. In the production workshop of the project, you can see that employees are busy feeding agricultural and forestry waste such as sawdust, straw, and waste wood into the machine, which is made into biomass pellet fuel through professional processes such as crushing, mixing, extrusion, and drying.

The project mainly collects agricultural and forestry waste such as tobacco stems, agricultural corn straws, industrial pepper straws, and waste wood, and produces biomass pellet fuel through technical processing. The main component is composed of wood chips, which is ecological and environmentally friendly.

In this project, 50,000 tons of agricultural and forestry waste can be converted into 30,000 tons of biomass pellet fuel every year. Compared with coal, 1 ton of biomass pellet fuel can save hundreds of dollars in cost.

Due to its complete combustion and ecological and environmental protection, biomass pellet fuel is currently mainly used as a fuel for flue-cured tobacco production locally. It can also be blended with coal and is a very environmentally friendly and clean fuel. After data analysis, compared with coal, flue-cured tobacco baked with biomass pellet fuel can reduce the amount of tobacco tar by about 20%.

Now the client company has established a supply and marketing relationship with local tobacco farms.

It is worth mentioning that since the project was put into operation, it has solved the employment problem of more than 30 local farmers.

Brazil is the world’s largest tobacco leaf exporter and the second largest tobacco leaf producer. Its tobacco leaf planting and production operations are mainly operated by multinational tobacco companies. Therefore, Brazil’s tobacco leaf production technology level is relatively high, the market system is relatively sound, the production and supply elasticity is large, and the price It is relatively moderate and has a strong competitive advantage in the world tobacco leaf market.

In recent years, the planting area of tobacco leaves in Brazil has been about 376,000 hectares, and the number of tobacco farmers is about 186,000. The total production of tobacco leaves is about 700,000 tons, of which the production of flue-cured tobacco is about 600,000 tons, and the rest is burley tobacco and air-cured tobacco.

Employees of the project company were very surprised about processing tobacco waste into pellets: “I never thought that these waste materials can also be made into fuel. I am now working in the company and responsible for packaging the processed biofuel every day. I am not tired at work and can leave home without leaving the house.” Very close.” The employee came to work at the company at the beginning of this year and worked 8 hours a day, achieving stable employment right at home.

It is understood that in order to further achieve the goals of energy conservation and emission reduction, work reduction and efficiency improvement, and environmental protection, through the development of circular economy, and collaborative promotion of ecological environment protection, carbon emission reduction, and carbon neutrality, the company will complete the second phase in May next year.

The tobacco stems corn stalk pellet machine plant project mainly addresses the recycling of industrial and other wastes, such as the comprehensive utilization of waste grease, decomposing and degrading food waste, and processing it into pellet feed. This biomass pellet production line project mainly uses raw materials such as crop straw, sawdust, grain husks, wood chips, and wood scraps to make biomass pellet fuel to provide fuel for industrial production and residents’ lives.

The project has a total investment of US$400,000, produces 15,000 tons of biomass pellets annually, and has an annual output value of millions of US dollars. The commissioning of the project promotes the comprehensive utilization of local crop straws, effectively solves the problems of environmental pollution and safety hazards caused by wood processing waste, and has high ecological, economic and social benefits.
