0086-138 3838 9622A 5 T/H tofu cat litter production line engineered by RICHI Machinery has commenced operations in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Utilizing soybean pomace from local tofu manufacturers as primary feedstock, the plant produces low-dust, high-absorption feline litter pellets for export markets in Japan and Australia.
The production process incorporates proprietary binder-free technology, where natural plant fibers are thermally activated during pelleting. The line features RICHI’s customized conditioning systems for moisture regulation and a unique low-temperature drying tunnel that preserves material integrity.
With an annual capacity of 8,000 tons, the facility has created 50 local jobs while providing Vietnamese soybean processors with a sustainable by-product solution. The project was fast-tracked within 9 months from equipment delivery to commercial production, showcasing RICHI’s expertise in specialized organic material processing.
