Recently, RICHI MACHINERY signed the latest project with a Nigerian customer – a 40 t/h animal feed production line. The project will produce 180,000 tons of ruminant feed annually.

This animal feed production line project mainly builds three animal feed pellet production lines. The first phase of the project will build two ruminant feed production lines with an annual output of 60,000 tons; the second phase of the project will build one ruminant feed production line with an annual output of 60,000 tons. The project has a total annual output of 180,000 tons of ruminant feed.

It mainly builds 1 production workshop, 1 raw material warehouse, 1 finished product warehouse, 6*200t cylindrical warehouses, 4 *1000t cylindrical warehouses, and 1 woven bag warehouse.

At the same time, an unloading shed, a comprehensive building, a machine repair room, a fire pump room, and new public engineering facilities such as power supply and distribution, water supply and drainage, and parking lots will be constructed. The steam required for production and factory heating are centrally supplied by local Power Plant. During the maintenance period of Power Plant, it is supplied by a self-prepared 3t/h natural gas boiler.

Recently, the foundation stone was laid for a high-end pig feed production line project in Russia with an annual output of 180,000 tons that integrates production and scientific research. It is expected to be put into operation early next year. After the project is put into operation, it will provide high-quality feed products to the majority of farmers and contribute to the development of the local breeding industry.

It is understood that the project was signed in December 2020, covering an area of 2.096 hectares, with a total construction area of 20,962.94 square meters, and a total project investment of 100 million yuan. The first phase investment of the pig feed mill project is US$10 million, mainly to build feed production facilities and office facilities; the second phase investment is US$5 million, mainly to build a scientific research building for the research and development of feed technology and breeding services.

This Russian customer company has strong product development and quality control capabilities; the core feed production equipment of the project is provided by Richi Machinery, using a fully automatic batching system. Its main products are pig series high-end feed, with a designed production capacity of 180,000 tons. After the project is completed and put into production, the products will mainly radiate to Russia and other CIS countries.

It is worth mentioning that in order to strictly prevent and control the African swine fever epidemic, the pig livestock feed production line project adopts an innovative double-door double-pound design, improves scientific logistics channels, and strives to ensure biosafety.

This Ecuador aqua feed production line project is a key local industrial project with a total investment of US$8 million and a new aquatic feed production line with an annual output of 80,000 tons. After the project is fully completed and put into production, it is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of nearly US$3 million and provide employment for 70 people.

Project progress:

Up to now, the project has completed the construction of factories and office buildings and the installation and commissioning of aqua feed equipment. Compared with the annual tasks, it is one month ahead of the expected completion date.

The project covers an area of 30 acres, with a total construction area of about 15,000 square meters. It is planned to build a new comprehensive building, including production workshops, warehouses, laboratories, Internet of Things monitoring platforms, office spaces, etc., and also build an annual designed production capacity of 100,000 tons of aqua fish feed. And a 10,000-ton aquatic product processing automated production line.

Recently, Thailand’s 30t/h animal feed processing plant project has started full construction. The feed processing project covers an area of 10 acres. The preliminary projects include site leveling, retaining wall support, and slope control. It was officially completed and passed acceptance on September 11.

The total investment of this 30 t/h animal feed manufacturing plant project is US$2.4 million. The construction includes factory buildings, comprehensive office buildings, staff dormitories, supporting facilities and the purchase of production equipment.

This Thai customer company is currently accelerating the construction of factory walls, water supply and drainage, and roads. The main structure of the animal feed factory project will start at the end of this month and is scheduled to be completed within the year. All construction projects will be completed and commissioned in April next year, and it will be officially put into production in June.

The construction of the 30-ton animal feed processing plant project will build a full industrial chain for the local area from feed processing, pig breeding, and deep processing of meat products, achieve the goal of transferring one million pigs out of the county, and cultivate a tens of billions-level livestock industry with integrated operations from breeding to the table. The industry provides basic support.

The Brazil cattle feed production line project has a total investment of US$1.2 million and a total construction area of 3,250 square meters, including 1,500 square meters of production workshops, 500 square meters of auxiliary workshops, 400 square meters of raw material warehouse, 600 square meters of finished product warehouse, 150 square meters of power facilities, and offices. and 100 square meters of living space, equipped with greening, power supply, drainage and other ancillary facilities. After the project is completed, it can produce 100,000 tons of feed annually.

The project is located in a location with convenient transportation and the surrounding breeding industry is relatively developed, but the feed processing industry is relatively backward. After the project is completed, the sales prospects are good.

The total investment in equipment for this cattle feed making plant project is US$1.6 million, and the investment in the entire feed mill is US$4 million, which is mainly used for infrastructure construction and equipment procurement.

Economic benefit analysis: After the project is completed, the annual output of cattle and sheep feed will be 100,000 tons, with a total profit of tens of millions of dollars.

Recently, mixers, excavators, cranes… multiple equipment are operating at the same time at the construction site, and the machines are roaring. At the construction site of the 20-ton sheep cattle feed production line project, you can see that transportation vehicles are shuttled back and forth, and workers are working in an orderly manner, creating a busy scene.

The UAE ruminant feed mill project has officially started construction at the end of November 2023 and strives to be officially put into production in October 2024.

This ruminant sheep cattle feed mill equipment construction project has a total investment of US$1.4 million and covers an area of 1,200 square meters. The construction content includes main engineering, storage and transportation engineering, auxiliary engineering, and environmental protection engineering.

It mainly constructs feed production lines and production workshops, raw material warehouses, finished product warehouses, etc., and other supporting constructions affiliated facilities.

Entering the factory area, you can see that the steel structure on the first floor of Workshop 1 has been completed, the foundations of the raw material workshop and finished product workshop have been completed, the main structure of the comprehensive building has been completed, and decoration construction is in progress.

After the fully automatic cattle feed plant project is completed, it will reach an annual output of 100,000 tons of biological compound feed, provide employment for more than 40 people, effectively promote the development of local upstream and downstream industries such as livestock breeding, transportation, and packaging materials, and promote the healthy development of the local economy.

Recently, the comprehensive building of the 100,000-ton-per-year animal feed production line project in Vietnam, constructed by RICHI, has been capped and is about to enter the renovation stage. The main workshop of the No. 1 feed production plant has been capped and equipment installation and masonry are being carried out. 70% of the entire project has been completed.

This Vietnam livestock and poultry feed production line project with an annual output of 100,000 tons has a total investment of approximately US$2 million, including a comprehensive building and No. 1 production plant (including the main workshop, raw material workshop, finished product workshop, and bulk workshop), with a total construction area of 6,130 square meters.

The Vietnam animal feed production line project will start construction in July 2023 and will be completed by the end of May this year. Equipment debugging will be carried out and the trial production stage will be entered.

The Vietnam company has 2 feed production lines of automated intelligent animal livestock feed mill equipment. The production equipment includes scraper conveyors, wide fine grinders, self-cleaning bucket elevators, double-shaft blade mixers, speed-adjustable feeders, conditioners, etc. Upon completion, the project will achieve an annual output value of US$50 million.

Recently, the Brazilian 20 tons per hour pig feed factory project undertaken by RICHI is accelerating. The strong compaction project has been completed and temporary construction is underway. It is planned to be completed and put into operation in August 2024.

Walking into the pig livestock feed production line project construction site, you can see large mechanical equipment such as rotary excavators and cranes operating at high speed, with endless roars. Dozens of construction workers are busy at their respective posts, and transport trucks loaded with materials come and go.

There was a scene of construction in full swing. The hard isolation of roads, warehouses and drainage ditches on site are under construction.

The pig feed mill project has completed the construction of temporary offices and living areas, and is now undergoing foundation processing work to promote project construction with high quality and ensure that foundation earthwork excavation will begin in March.

It is understood that this pig feed processing plant project and several other pig farms constitute the whole pig industry chain project of this Brazilian customer. After completion of all projects, a full industrial chain integrating breeding, slaughtering, feed production, food deep processing, and cold chain logistics will be formed.

Recently, with the completion of all engineering projects such as the comprehensive building, main production workshop, and finished product workshop, the construction of the Saudi Arabia 10-20T/H animal feed factory project undertaken by RICHI has been fully completed.

It is expected that by the end of April this year, the customer company will be put into full production after completing the installation and commissioning of the equipment.

On January 5, according to photos sent by RICHI Engineerers from the site, it can be seen in the central control room of the animal feed production plant that staff are checking the debugging status of each feed mill equipment in real time through the electronic screen, walking along the production workshop, each large-scale production equipment is arranged in sequence.

From feeding, crushing and mixing to granulation and packaging, all aspects of production can be mechanized and automated. Only 9 people can cover the management and control of the entire animal feed production line.

It is understood that the animal feed processing plant project covers an area of 900 square meters and has a total investment of US$920,000.

Since the construction of the project started, through measures such as reverse schedule, multi-site operations, team rotation, day and night construction, and nanny-style embedding, the entire process has only taken 6 days.

After the animal feed mill factory project is fully put into operation, it will effectively promote the vigorous development of the local breeding and breeding industry.

Currently, the RICHI South Africa 30t/h feed mill project is under construction. The existing feed production line of the client company of this project can only produce about 150,000 tons per year. After the start of the project, the client company introduced new production and processing equipment, purchased top-level RICHI production equipment, and carried out automation, mechanization, visualization, and intelligence, bulk upgrade, performance will be increased by 30% than before.

A comparison will be more intuitive. In the past, the customer’s feed factory required about 60 people to produce 150,000 tons of feed. After the new factory is completed, only 40 employees will be needed to complete the production capacity of 180,000 tons.

The animal feed mill equipment project has currently completed the single infrastructure construction, the main workshop foundation backfilling, the soybean meal warehouse foundation backfilling, and the corn silo foundation pouring. It is expected to be fully completed in early 2024 and put into use in mid-2024. Annual sales revenue will be achieved after the project is completed and reaches full production. $70 million.
