This is the fifth feed production plant we have built in Ghana. The production site covers an area of ​​nearly 1,000 square meters. The total investment in plant construction and animal feed mill equipment is US$350,000. The annual production capacity at full load is 80,000 tons, and the output value can reach tens of millions. The animal feed factory project mainly produces full-price compound feed for suckling pigs, piglets, fattening pigs and other stages. The sales market focuses on various districts and counties in Ghana and radiates to surrounding urban areas. It is currently producing cattle feed, and the next step will be to produce poultry feed. If the operation goes well, in three years’ time, based on this feed production line, the process will be optimized, premix equipment will be added, and 20,000 tons of premixed feed will be produced annually.

This project is a key local project for the customer and is also a feed processing project signed in August 2023. The project will be constructed in two phases with a total investment of approximately US$620,000 and an annual designed production capacity of 20,000 tons. After the animal feed factory project is put into operation, in the initial stage of operation, based on the annual production and processing of 20,000 tons of mixed feed additives and premixes, the average selling price per ton will be 1,000-1,500 US dollars. Recently, the Indian bamboo biomass pellet production line project passed the environmental impact assessment approval stage and is about to start construction.

This project is invested by a small Indian bamboo and wood products company with an investment of US$150,000. The project covers an area of ​​880 square meters. The project will produce 12,000 tons of biomass pellets annually, of which 100 tons will be used as raw materials for the biomass burner of the client company’s bamboo product project, and the rest will be sold out.

This project is a new project. The main construction content of this biomass pellet plant project is the main project and auxiliary projects, mainly including processing areas, raw materials, finished product warehouses, office areas, etc. The main construction contents of this project include the main project (production workshop), auxiliary projects (raw materials, finished product warehouse, storage area, office area, etc.), public projects (power supply, water supply, drainage system, heating), and environmental protection projects (including waste gas, wastewater, noise, and solid waste disposal).

The main production equipment of this project includes bamboo pellet machine, box-type transformers, drum chippers, crushers, kilns, burners, bag dust collectors, etc. The raw and auxiliary materials used in this project include bamboo and wood scraps, biomass pellets, water, electricity, etc.

The production process of this biomass pellet production line project during the operation period includes: raw material collection and transportation → crushing → drying → screening → pellet forming → cooling and packaging. The waste gas generated during the operation of this project mainly includes process dust, drying dust, burner waste gas, and oil fume waste gas generated by chipping, crushing, screening, and granulation processes, etc.

The pollutants in the waste gas are mainly volatile organic compounds; this project does not generate production wastewater during the production process, and the main wastewater is domestic sewage, which is discharged into the sewage network after being treated in a septic tank, and then discharged into the sewage treatment plant through the sewage network, and then discharged into the local river after being treated to meet the standards.

Mechanical equipment noise is generated during the operation of the project; the noise sources during the operation period are mainly the noise generated by the operation of equipment such as chippers, crushers, burners, pellet forming machines, screening machines, and waste gas treatment facilities, as well as the transportation noise of forklifts and loaders, and the noise source strength is about 85~100dB(A).

The production equipment are all arranged inside the factory building. The noise source intensity can be reduced by about 15~20dB by taking measures such as base vibration reduction, sound insulation, reasonable layout, and using factory building sound insulation. The traffic noise generated by forklifts and loader transport vehicles is mainly intermittent noise, and measures such as strengthening management and controlling vehicle speed are planned to be taken.

After the project construction is completed, after taking measures such as base vibration reduction, sound insulation, and factory building sound insulation, the daytime noise values ​​at the east, south, and west factory boundaries of the project meet the requirements of the “Environmental Noise Emission Standards for Industrial Enterprises”.

On the morning of June 13, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Vietnam 9-ton feed factory project undertaken by RICHI was officially held. As a dedicated feed supply base for chicken farms and pig farms within the customer company, this project undertakes the feed supply task of supporting farms, which puts higher requirements on the safety and timeliness of feed supply.

At present, the civil engineering of the animal feed factory project is in full swing. The main workshop of the project is expected to be capped before August and officially put into production and operation in October. The project plans to be equipped with 2 1,500-ton steel plate raw material silos, introduce 1 leading pelletizing production line and 1 raw material puffing line from RICHI, and is expected to produce 90,000 tons of efficient compound feed per year.

Recently, Yemen 15t/h feed factory project officially started.

The construction nature of the compound feed mill project: new construction. It covers an area of ​​2044.2 square meters and a green area of ​​284 square meters.

The main projects of the project include: 1 main workshop (5F), 1 finished raw material workshop, 1 finished bulk workshop, 1 raw material bulk workshop, 5 silos (capacity 1500t), 5 silos (capacity 300t), 1 boiler room, and 1 office building. This project produces 100,000 tons of poultry feed per year, mainly for broiler feed. The product pellet size levels are 4.0mm and 3.5mm respectively, and the packaging method is bagged, with a specification of 20-50kg per bag.
