Recently, in the production workshop of an agricultural and animal husbandry technology company in Kazakhstan, the sound of machines roared, and bundles of cotton straw were input into the feeding port through the conveyor belt. After high-temperature puffing treatment, it was mixed with silage corn and entered the subsequent fermentation stage, and will eventually become a high-nutrition feed that cattle and sheep love to eat.

The project was introduced by Kazakhstan customers from RICHI MACHINERY related technologies and straw pellet production line equipment, turning cotton straw into base material and feed, and stringing together the ecological agricultural cycle chain, thus saying goodbye to the traditional straw return to the field and burning and returning to the field, turning the former “ecological burden” into “green wealth”, and achieving a win-win situation of economic benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits.

With the blessing of RICHI straw pelleting technology, the customer company opened a “forage supermarket” to meet the needs of farmers at different levels. At present, the company produces three types of feed. One is pure cotton stalks processed feed, which is cheap and suitable for ordinary farmers; the second is cotton stalks and corn stalks processed feed, mainly used to feed sheep; the third is high-quality feed processed from cotton stalks, corn stalks, and alfalfa straw, mainly for large-scale farmers.

As a local crop straw comprehensive utilization project, the company’s straw pellet plant project has a total investment of US$430,000, including the purchase of more than 50 production equipment, the construction of a 1,400-square-meter processing workshop and a 5,000-square-meter finished product storage area, and 1 pellet production line.

Kazakhstan is rich in straw resources. The use of straw as feed not only helps to develop grain-saving animal husbandry, but also effectively avoids the pollution of rural living environment caused by open-air stacking or burning of straw. It also effectively alleviates the shortage of animal husbandry feed and promotes the circular development of local agriculture and animal husbandry.

The project is engaged in the production and sales of organic fertilizer and biomass molded fuel. The project has not yet been put into production. The raw and auxiliary materials of the enterprise have changed, sludge has been added, and the production capacity has also changed. After the completion of the project, the original 100,000 tons of straw sludge and livestock manure organic fertilizer and 20,000 tons of biomass solid molded fuel will be changed to an annual output of 150,000 tons of straw sludge and livestock manure organic fertilizer and 20,000 tons of biomass solid molded fuel. The total investment in equipment for this project is US$720,000.

The project is built next to a local dairy factory. The project covers an area of ​​1,400 square meters, with a construction area of ​​2,000 square meters. The main buildings include 4 agricultural sheds. The project mixes cow dung with mushroom residue, sugar residue and fermentation bacteria in a certain proportion for composting and fermentation to produce organic fertilizer. It is expected to process about 10,000 tons of dairy cow dung and produce 10,000 tons of organic waste annually. There are 6 employees, and they do not eat and stay in the factory. They work 8 hours a day and produce 300 days a year. The total investment in project equipment is 330,000 US dollars.

Recently, RICHI signed a project for a production line of 50,000 tons of straw fermented feed pellets per year in Sudan. The raw materials are mainly straw, corn, soybean meal and EM bacteria. The products are mainly straw fermented feed (with straw as one raw material) and straw mixed fermented feed (with straw, corn and soybean meal as three raw materials).

The main production process of straw fermented feed (with straw as raw material) is to add water and EM bacteria to the crushed and kneaded straw, and then process it into straw fermented feed through mixing, stirring, bagging and fermentation.

The main production process of straw mixed fermented feed (with straw, corn and soybean meal as raw materials) is to mix the crushed and kneaded straw, matured and crushed corn kernels and soybean meal, add water and EM bacteria to mix, stir, bag and ferment, and process it into straw mixed fermented feed.

The main project of this project: straw storage area, straw pretreatment semi-enclosed plant, production workshop, fermentation warehouse, product storage shed, bacterium making room, laboratory, locker room, canteen and office room. The heat used in this project in winter is provided by air energy heat pump, which mainly provides heat for the fermentation warehouse; the office is heated by electricity.

The total area of ​​this project is 2000m2, and the total construction area is 4000m2. The labor quota of this project is 30 people, 16 hours a day, and 300 working days a year. The total equipment investment is 470,000 US dollars.

The animal feed mill plant project introduces RICHI’s new processes and technologies with international advanced levels, which can make the feed product manufacturing level reach the international advanced level, the nutritional indicators reach the level of imported similar products, and the product performance reaches the industry advanced level.

According to the customer’s needs: “The raw materials selected from the formula must be green and pollution-free, and the manufacturing process uses CNC intelligent management production lines to ensure no cross contamination, which will better guarantee the quality of the product.” The RICHI engineering team successfully completed the entire feed factory reconstruction design.

This 30,000-ton aquatic fish feed mill project has a total area of ​​3581.8 square meters and a total construction area of ​​approximately 5908.11 square meters. The main buildings include office buildings, raw material warehouses, production workshops, finished product warehouses, living areas, etc. There are two production lines in the factory area, producing a total of 30,000 tons of various fish feeds annually.
