Construction of this biomass pellet fuel processing plant started in October 2022. The project has been completed and is under intense debugging. After debugging is completed, it can be put into production. The output of this biomass pellet is about 100 tons per day. The waste firewood and crop straws in the surrounding areas of the project can be collected and processed into biomass fuel. Compared with traditional energy, this fuel is more environmentally friendly.

This biomass fuel pellet plant mainly recycles waste wood, corn stalks, wheat straw, bean straw, fruit tree branches, etc. at a very low price. After being processed into pieces, crushed, dried, dusted, and granulated, Generates 6-9 mm biomass pellet fuel. This fuel production process is advanced and environmentally friendly. It can reduce pollution during the combustion process and achieve sulfur-free and smokeless emissions.

The ash after combustion can be used as fertilizer to achieve green, circular and sustainable development of agricultural production. In addition to being environmentally friendly, compared with traditional fuels, this biomass pellet is also hygienic, convenient, and safe.

It is understood that the customer’s biomass fuel straw pellet plant also has one supporting crop straw collection, storage and transportation service station in several local towns and villages, and can process more than 50,000 tons of crop straw every year.

The commissioning of this corn stalk wheat straw pellet machine plant project has further improved the level of fuel and fertilizer conversion of crop straws, which not only enhances the appearance of local villages in South Africa, improves the rural living environment, but also optimizes the agricultural industry structure and promotes the green and circular development of modern agriculture. Recently, RICHI’s biopellet fuel production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons was officially put into operation. The project has a total investment of US$2 million and has 11 intelligent production lines, 11 pellet machines, 26 sets of instruments and 30 sets of tools and equipment. At present, the equipment has been debugged and put into production. It is expected to produce 50,000 tons of biofuel pellet fuel every year, with an annual output value of nearly 10 million US dollars.

The company has a total investment of US$3 million and covers an area of 20 acres. It has currently built a premixed feed production line with an annual output of 30,000 tons and a biological fermentation feed production line with an annual output of 30,000 tons.

It is equipped with advanced instrument testing equipment such as atomic absorption high-performance liquid chromatography, research and develop premixes, fermented feeds, fermented raw materials, functional additives and other products.

The client company started construction in May last year and has now built a production workshop, finished product warehouse, raw material warehouse, and fermentation warehouse. After being put into operation, it will produce about 120 tons of feed per day and absorb more than 50 surrounding migrant workers. “

Recently, RICHI recently signed a 50,000 tons/year chicken feed mill expansion project in Iraq. The project covers an area of 4000m² and has a construction area of 3300m². The client company decided to expand at the original site and add a 420-meter double-line computerized batching pellet production line to the original workshop, with an additional production capacity of 50,000 tons of feed per year. The total project investment is US$580,000.

The main production process of this project:

The raw materials of the project are manually or machine-fed into the crusher for classification and crushing. A small amount of dust will be generated during the process. The crushed raw materials are transported to the batching machine for weighing, and are blended into a material containing various components in proportion. Then, the mixed material enters the granulation system.

The rotating distributor located at the upper part of the granulation system evenly spreads the material on the surface of the die. Then the rotating pressure mixer presses the material into the die hole and out from the bottom. The rod-shaped feed coming out of the die hole is cut into the required length by the cutting roller.

During the pelleting process, due to the introduction of high-temperature, high-humidity steam and the extrusion of the material, a large amount of heat is generated, so that when the pellet feed just comes out of the chicken feed pellet machine, the moisture content reaches 16%-18% and the temperature reaches as high as 75°C-85°C. ℃, under these conditions, the pellet feed is easily deformed and broken, and will also cause sticking and mildew during storage.

The moisture must be reduced to less than 14%, and the temperature must be reduced to less than 8°C higher than the air temperature, which requires a fan to cool down. The finished product is ready after cooling.

Recently, the harmless treatment and organic fertilizer production and construction project of 150,000 tons of sheep and livestock manure with an annual output of RICHI was officially put into operation.

When we walked into the organic fertilizer production project site, we saw machines roaring in the workshop. Employees were beating and sorting the fermented manure, and using advanced modern processes, technologies and equipment to ferment, decompose, and deodorize livestock and poultry manure. Processing, the entire workshop showed a busy scene.

The client company is an enterprise integrating the production, research and development, sales and technical services of refined organic fertilizers, compound microbial fertilizers, and organic-inorganic compound fertilizers. It was officially put into production on March 11, 2023.

The main varieties of fertilizers currently produced are: There are three varieties of organic fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer and organic-inorganic compound fertilizer. More than 20 days after it was put into production, the company has received orders for more than 1,000 tons of fertilizers from the local area and surrounding areas.

The harmless treatment and organic fertilizer production and construction project with an annual output of 150,000 tons of sheep and livestock manure is an important part of the construction of a sustainable agricultural development experimental demonstration zone in Hanghou. The project is located in Inner Mongolia, China.

After being put into production, it will be transformed into organic fertilizer through centralized harmless treatment and put into agricultural production.

It can digest more than 2.2 million tons of local high-quality manure and sheep manure resources produced by medium-sized and above-sized farms in surrounding counties.

A few days ago, the 20t/h livestock and poultry feed production line projec, undertaken by RICHI, was successfully completed and passed the inspection.

The project will be completed and accepted on May 21, 2022, and all technologies and quality have passed the inspection standards.

According to the customer’s own development needs, RICHI designed a 4 sets SZLH420 livestock and poultry feed production line, using six crushing lines, three ingredient mixing production lines, four SZLH420 poultry cattle feed pellet machine lines, and five finished product packaging and palletizing lines. The final designed hourly production of livestock and poultry pellets is 40 Ton. Two lines are reserved for engineering installation, which is convenient for customers to expand production capacity in the future.

The entire production line integrates advanced feed pelleting technology, and adopts RICHI’s efficient, environmentally friendly and stable equipment configuration and control system from crushing, mixing, pelleting and other technological processes.

The high-grade poultry feed production line with an output of 45 tons per hour designed and constructed by RICHI was completed and successfully passed the acceptance inspection. This marks that the two complete sets of projects are officially put into production and operation, helping customers to develop rapidly.

The project entered the site for installation in June 2021, completed the installation in September, started debugging in May 2022, and passed the acceptance test on June 1st.

Since this project is the transformation of the original factory production line, the usable area is limited, and the finished product and raw material warehouse area is limited. We have designed a real-time online loading process for finished products, which can be used for bulk packing and packaging at the same time. The packing scale is designed on the second floor. When packing finished products, they can be loaded while packing, effectively saving about 500 square meters of finished product warehouse area.

In order to help customers improve market competitiveness and meet the needs of surrounding high-end poultry feed, our company has fully calculated the high addition amount requirements when designing and selecting the oil post-spraying addition system. The amount of oil post-spraying addition is as high as about 8%. With a directional design, a good spraying effect is obtained. The final finished particles are smooth and beautiful, achieving high compression ratio and high output.

Recently, RICHI successfully signed a 5-6 ton bio-organic fertilizer complete production line project with an Algerian customer, and will design, manufacture and undertake the project throughout the process.

The project owner is an old customer who has cooperated with RICHI for many years. After inspecting and comparing multiple suppliers, the customer finally chose RICHI again.

The main raw materials of this project are soybean meal, castor, bone powder, tobacco powder, etc., and the whole process goes through the raw material receiving section, crushing section, batching mixing section, granulating section, drying section, cooling and packaging section, etc., and finally made into high-quality cylinders shaped organic fertilizer granules. The finished product pellets are uniform and full, which greatly enhances the market competitiveness for customers.

RICHI made a directional design for this project, scientifically configured it according to the actual situation of the customer, and effectively reduced the investment cost for the customer. During the acceptance, the customer gave high praise and affirmation to the project’s installation details, fertilizer granulation equipment quality and other aspects.

Recently, Inner Mongolia has delivered 180,000 tons of livestock and poultry + ruminant feed production line equipment per year. The project is a production line with an annual output of 180,000 tons of livestock and poultry + ruminant feed (including silos).

It adopts the process of three crushing lines (one reserved), two ingredient mixing lines, and three granulation lines (one reserved), and has the functions of secondary crushing and secondary granulation. A single stock poultry feed pellet making machine can produce 8-12 tons of livestock and poultry or ruminant feed per hour.

In order to help customers reduce costs and improve production efficiency, the entire line from the receipt of raw grains to the distribution of finished products is mechanized and automated. All building sub-items are integrated into one piece, with a small footprint and short transmission lines, which greatly saves the total cost.
