Recently, the Chile production project with an annual output of 100,000 tons of chicken feed and 40,000 tons of premixed feed, undertaken by RICHI Machinery, successfully held a groundbreaking ceremony.

It is reported that the total investment of the project is approximately US$430,000. It mainly constructs a poultry feed production line with an annual output of 100,000 tons and a premixed feed production line with an annual output of 40,000 tons and supporting facilities. It is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of October 2024.

After the project is put into operation, it will not only promote the development of the transportation industry and service industry, but also effectively improve and develop the scale and breeding technology of the local breeding industry, and contribute good social and economic benefits to local development.

In recent days, the Russian forage feed mill project, which RICHI is participating in the construction of, is accelerating. This project is large in scale and is jointly constructed by multiple feed processing equipment manufacturers. The industrial park is planned to cover an area of 200 acres. It will mainly build full-price feed and functional feed production lines for pigs, cattle, sheep, chickens, ducks and fish, a cattle and sheep forage feed distribution center, hydroponic forage and animal medicine production lines, and forage feed research and development center.

After the project is completed, it can produce 450,000 tons of pig feed, 300,000 tons of cattle and sheep feed, and 300,000 tons of chicken, duck, rabbit, and fish feed each year. The average annual silage trading volume will reach 1 million tons, and the hay trading volume will reach 500,000 tons. It produces 700,000 tons of hydroponic forage and 30,000 tons of animal medicine. Among them, all the equipment for the cattle and sheep feed production line of this project are provided by RICHI Machinery, including core equipment such as storage silos system, cattle feed pellet machine, goat feed pellet machine and a full set of auxiliary equipment.

So far, the 450,000-ton pig feed project has completed 98% of the total project volume; the 300,000-ton cattle and sheep feed project has completed 40% of the total project volume; the 300,000-ton chicken, duck, rabbit, and fish feed project has completed 45% of the total project volume.

Up to now, the pig feed processing project with an annual output of 450,000 tons has been completed and put into operation in July this year; the cattle and sheep concentrate feed production and processing project undertaken by RICHI is speeding up the construction of the steel frame of the factory and the simultaneous construction of other ancillary facilities.

Recently, I walked into the construction site of the 20t/h feed production line project in Egypt. The large machinery was operating at full capacity, and the workers were full of energy to meet the construction deadline, catch up with the progress, and accelerate the construction of the project.

This project is a key construction project for the Egyptian government to attract investment. The project covers an area of 12 acres and plans to invest US$1.2 million to build two livestock and poultry feed production lines with an annual output of 40,000 tons, an automatic production line for ruminant feed with an annual output of 20,000 tons, an animal nutrition research center and comprehensive buildings. The project will start construction in August 2023. The main project of the factory is about to be completed, and the surrounding supporting facilities are beginning to take shape.

It is planned to complete the construction of the main project by the end of May 2024, complete the installation of production equipment and the construction of all supporting ancillary facilities by the end of October, complete equipment debugging before the end of November, and officially put into production and operation in December.

Recently, the 10t/h high-end aquatic feed project constructed by RICHI Machinery and invested by India officially started construction. The total investment in the project is US$1.52 million, which includes the construction of 6 new high-end aquatic expanded feed production lines, all of which adopt full-line automated production. The main building units of the project include the main production workshop, raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, boiler room and power distribution system and other facilities.

The project is expected to be completed and reach production by the end of August 2024. It will achieve an annual total output value of more than 40 million US dollars and create more than 60 new jobs. After the project is completed, it will become the largest local feed production and sales base, radiating and driving the development of grain planting and processing enterprises in He County and its surrounding areas, with significant social and economic benefits.

Background of the project：

With the sustained and healthy development of Senegal’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the demand for meat is also increasing. Natural breeding can no longer meet the needs of life. Therefore, the breeding industry must be vigorously developed.

The development of the breeding industry is inseparable from the development of the feed processing industry. In order to improve the level of national feed science and technology, promote the development of local planting and breeding industries, and prosper the regional economy. Combined with local development, the project to build a feed production and processing base in Senegal has broad prospects and a good market foundation.

• Construction content: The project plans to invest a total investment of US$680,000 to build a feed production and processing base with an annual production of 60,000 tons.
• Benefit analysis: Combination of retail and bulk sales. Sales channels can be broadened through order-based distribution from large farms and supporting retail stores in towns and villages to open up the market. After the project is completed, it can achieve annual operating income of hundreds of thousands of dollars, and a return on investment can be achieved in 3-5 years. In addition, feed processing and production is an industry that requires raw materials and labor, which can provide employment for some local people and increase sales channels for crops.

Recently, following the 5-ton grass feed pellet production line in Argentina, the 10-ton cattle feed factory project in Brazil and the 15-ton hay feed factory project in the United States, another feed production line project has been put into operation. This is the Honduras 12T/H multi-functional feed factory, which is mainly used for Produces layer, broiler and livestock feed. The varieties produced include pellet feed and mash feed.

This multifunctional feed production line project in Honduras has a construction area of 2,500 square meters and mainly builds 3 modern feed production lines. Among them, the production workshop is 1,500 square meters, the raw material warehouse is 600 square meters, and the finished product warehouse is 400 square meters. It is equipped with boiler rooms, power distribution rooms, etc.; pulse dust collectors, bucket elevators, distribution plates, grease addition systems and other equipment are purchased.

Recently, RICHI signed a 3-5 tons per hour rabbit hay feed production line project with a Cuban customer. The customer owns a rabbit farm and breeds 3,000 rabbits. Therefore, the customer invested US$220,000 to build a rabbit feed production line (including silage storage warehouse and hay storage warehouse) in the breeding farm, with an output value of one million US dollars.

Market prospects of rabbit meat

Rabbit meat is a nutritious food with health care functions. Rabbit meat is a nutritional and health food recognized by the World Food and Nutrition Association as “three highs and three lows” (“three highs and three lows” refers to “high protein, high lysine, and high digestibility”). “Low fat, low cholesterol, low calories”) has become increasingly popular among urban and rural consumers.

Rabbit breeding characteristics and benefit analysis

• Benefit analysis: If a breeding rabbit produces 7 litters per year, 8 rabbits per litter (maximum 13 rabbits), and a survival rate of 95%, then 50 commercial rabbits will be produced per breeding rabbit per year. The total cost of a commercial rabbit from birth to 70 days when it grows to 5 pounds for slaughter is less than US$5 (feed cost + epidemic prevention cost of 1 yuan + rabbit cost). The price of commercial rabbits is calculated at 10 yuan/jin (the current market price is 10-16 yuan/jin). A breeding rabbit can bring hundreds of dollars of net profit to farmers in a year. If qualified farmers use idle chicken houses to breed on a moderate scale, they can obtain more considerable economic benefits.

Since October 2023 to now, the 10T/H animal feed production line in Zimbabwe has been under construction. This high-efficiency and safe series chicken feed production line with an annual output of 30,000 tons is a key local agricultural project. Since the start of construction, various departments of the local government have worked closely with the construction party to grasp the progress. At present, the project construction is proceeding in an orderly manner.

At the construction site of this project, large machinery is leveling the land, trucks and tower cranes are running back and forth, and the neatly planned site is busy and orderly.

This 10t/h feed mill plant project covers an area of 1,200 square meters and has a total investment of US$750,000. The project includes the construction of the main workshop, silo system, warehouse and office and living areas.

In addition to meeting the feed production requirements of the project, the project is also designed based on the surrounding regional conditions, while taking into account requirements such as energy conservation, environmental protection, and high efficiency, to build a new feed production enterprise with a demonstration role in modern new agriculture.

Today, the 15t/h cattle and sheep feed production line constructed by RICH Machinery has been completed and accepted and will be put into production soon. This project, a livestock and poultry feed and animal health product production project, started construction in July 2023. After 7 months, the project has completed the completion acceptance work and is expected to be put into trial production in mid-May 2024.

This 15 t/h livestock and poultry feed and animal health products production project has a total investment of US$1.38 million, covering an area of 13 acres, with a newly built 22.8-meter main workshop, a finished product warehouse and a raw material warehouse, and two 1,500-ton silos. As well as administrative office buildings, product research and development centers, etc. After the project is officially put into production, it will not only provide green, safe and high-quality feed for the local breeding industry to meet the supply needs of local breeding farms, but will also be sold to surrounding areas.

According to the project information provided by the RICHI engineering team, the feed mill’s maximum annual output will reach 60,000 tons, and the actual output is expected to reach about 50,000-55,000 tons.

Recently, RICHI Machinery signed a 10 tons per hour flax straw pellet plant project in Canada. This project covers an area of 1,500 square meters, with a construction area of 1,700 square meters. It has a new production workshop, office and living area, warehouse and raw material storage yard.

The construction area of the production workshop is 800 square meters, and the warehouse is 500 square meters. The designed production scale is an annual straw consumption of 12 100,000 tons, with an annual output of 100,000 tons of straw pellet fuel.

The office buildings of this flax straw pellet machine plant project use electric heating in winter, but the production workshops do not provide heating. The total project investment is US$950,000.
