Crop straw is an important biological resource in crop production systems. According to incomplete estimates, the world produces nearly 2 billion tons of straw every year. The project plans to build 5 sets of 10,000-ton straw processing devices, with an annual processing capacity of 50,000 tons of crop straw:
- co-production: 75,000 tons/year of biomass carbon slow-release compound fertilizer, 425,000 tons/year of special-purpose compound fertilizer;
- by-products: 2,500 tons/year of material particles;
- wood vinegar and straw gas are produced during the straw carbonization process, which are used for compound fertilizer device granulation and steam boilers;
- 5 sets of 10,000 tons/year straw carbonization units, 100,000 tons/year biomass carbon slow-release compound 5 sets of fertilizer production equipment, as well as all related facilities in the equipment area.
The granule production line equipment provided by RICHI to customers will be used to produce biomass pellets and biomass organic fertilizer pellets.
