4. Granulation stage: Two MZLH520 wood pellet mill machines operate in turn or in parallel, with stable production capacity, ensuring the output target of 4-5 tons/hour. The pelletizing size meets the mainstream market standards, with a particle diameter of 6-8 mm and excellent hardness and density.
5. Cooling system: Use countercurrent cooling equipment to quickly reduce the temperature of particles, prevent sticking, and improve product storage and transportation stability.
6. Screening and packaging: Finally, the particles that meet the specifications are screened out by vibration to remove fine powder and debris. The screened products enter the automatic packaging line to achieve efficient packaging and shipment.

According to actual needs, the customer canceled the drying process because the raw material humidity is low, which reduces energy consumption and equipment investment.
