The client has identified two core raw materials-building formwork and wooden pallets. The stable supply of these materials has become the basis for its promotion of biomass energy utilization.
After nearly a year of design discussion, equipment selection and production process optimization, the two parties successfully signed a contract for a 4-5 t/h wooden pallet pellet production line in Indonesia on September 27, 2022, with a transaction amount of US$343,330.

Indonesia’s industrial wood waste is mainly composed of construction formwork and transportation wooden pallets, which are usually a mixture of pine, eucalyptus and other hardwoods. Specifically:
- Construction formwork: widely used in temporary support structures for concrete pouring, with a short service life, susceptible to moisture and damage, and become an important component of construction waste after elimination.
- Wood pallets: As a key auxiliary tool for logistics and warehousing, pallets are damaged after repeated use, resulting in a large amount of waste wood.
These wood wastes are often large in size, moderate in moisture content, hard in texture and low in impurities, and are ideal raw materials for preparing high-quality biomass pellet fuel.

- Fine crushing process: The coarsely crushed materials enter the fine crushing equipment Wood Hammer Mill to further reduce the particle size and ensure that the materials are uniform and fine when the particles are formed.
- Silo storage: The crushed materials are sent to the large silo through a screw conveyor to achieve buffer storage and automatic feeding, ensuring the continuous and stable pelletizing process.
- Granulation stage: Two MZLH520 wood pellet mill machines operate in turn or in parallel, with stable production capacity, ensuring the output target of 4-5 tons/hour. The pelletizing size meets the mainstream market standards, with a particle diameter of 6-8 mm and excellent hardness and density.
- Cooling system: Use countercurrent cooling equipment to quickly reduce the temperature of particles, prevent sticking, and improve product storage and transportation stability.
- Screening and packaging: Finally, the particles that meet the specifications are screened out by vibration to remove fine powder and debris. The screened products enter the automatic packaging line to achieve efficient packaging and shipment.
According to actual needs, the customer canceled the drying process because the raw material humidity is low, which reduces energy consumption and equipment investment.
