After docking with many equipment manufacturers, he chose our company on July 13, 2023 and finalized the “3-4t/h biomass pellet production line in Poland” contract with a total price of 142,660USD, planning to serve green energy projects in northern Poland.
The identity of the customer is very clear: he understands greenhouse and biomass boiler systems and is familiar with local raw material supply. He hopes to achieve a one-stop closed loop of “raw materials-pelleting-fuel” by building his own production line, reducing the cost of purchasing energy and improving energy utilization efficiency.

Raw material structure: diverse choices other than wood
When making pellet fuel, northern Poland has abundant forest waste, but the customer is also engaged in agricultural projects and can provide the following raw material resources:
- Softwood sawdust and shavings: sawdust from forest processing plants with fine particle size;
- Hardwood chips and branches: including shell chips, fallen branches, etc., with relatively high moisture content;
- Corn straw chips: seasonal agricultural waste, which is used for mixing after slicing to increase calorific value;
- Uncarbonized straw or wheat straw: from local agricultural cooperatives;
- Rapeseed straw and peanut shells (a small amount): further increase carbon/energy value;
The mixed use of these raw materials not only provides the market with high calorific value fuel, but also can flexibly utilize the supply in different seasons, significantly reducing production costs. It should also be pointed out that the moisture content of agricultural straw is high, which needs to be precisely controlled during the drying stage.

Process structure: Highly adaptable horizontal layout process

- Raw material crushing

The core equipment is the MZLH520 ring die biomass pellet mill machine, which can still granulate stably under high humidity and mixed raw materials, and the ring die aperture can be replaced to meet the requirements of different particle specifications. With variable frequency feeding, the output capacity is guaranteed to be 3-4t/h. - Cooling stage
The countercurrent cooler is used to ensure that the temperature of the pellets drops rapidly without cooling and breaking the pellets, thereby improving their hardness and stability. - Screening and packaging
The high-speed vibrating screen removes non-standard particles and dust, and the automatic packaging machine completes the packaging in 25kg bags, which is convenient for transportation and subsequent use.
