  1. Raw materials: The raw straw to be used in this process comes from the surrounding rural areas and is delivered by car to the factory warehouse for storage;
  2. Crushing: This process is to crush the purchased raw materials. The raw materials are sent to the crusher by the conveyor for crushing. The purpose of this process is to make the material particle size less than 5mm.
  3. Granulation: The crushed material is sent to the straw biomass pellet mill for pelletizing. The pelletizer uses centrifugal force to make the material continuously move in a circular motion and adhere to the inner wall of the die, forming a uniform annular material layer. The roller rotates and squeezes the attached material continuously, forcing it to enter the ring die hole for molding and continuously squeeze outward. The equipment’s own cutter cuts it into the required length, and finally the dial gradually pushes these particles to the discharge port.
  4. Packaging: After weighing, the pellets are packed and sent to the product warehouse for sale. The packaging process uses a semi-automatic packaging machine. After forming, the biomass pellets have been pressed and compacted, and basically no dust is generated during the bagging process.
  5. Finished product storage: After packaging, the products are sent to the warehouse for temporary storage.
