Brief description of the process flow:

  1. Sorting: Since the raw materials required for the project may carry some impurities such as stones and plastics, they are manually sorted before crushing to pick out impurities such as stones and plastics.
  2. Crushing: Since the purchased crop straw, waste wood boards, sawdust and other raw materials are large in size and cannot be directly used in the granulation process, so as not to affect the normal operation of the subsequent granulation process, it is necessary to use crushing equipment to crush the raw materials into small sizes first, which is convenient for the subsequent granulation process. The crushing system is equipped with a discharge conveyor.
  3. Silo: Since the particle size of the crushed raw materials is small, in order to reduce the generation of dust, the belt is used to transport them to the silo for feeding.
  4. Pelleting: The existing process control technology allows the crushed materials to be directly used in production without drying pretreatment; therefore, the crushed materials stored in the silo are conveyed to the silo of the extrusion molding machine through a closed conveyor, and then conveyed to the small silo of the extrusion molding equipment through the scraper conveyor and spiral conveyor of the molding machine. The extrusion molding adopts a vertical ring die multi-hole rotary extrusion method.
  5. Discharge cooling: The temperature of the molded fuel just out of the solid molding machine is 75-85℃. This state is easy to break and is not suitable for storage and transportation. The task of the cooling process is to cool down the high-temperature product after processing and molding so that its temperature can reach the conditions for packaging and storage. The natural cooling method is used in the entire process to make its temperature reach the conditions for packaging and storage.
  6. Packaging and storage: The molded particles are bagged and placed in the finished product storage area for storage.

Water supply and drainage
