Physical and chemical properties of some raw and auxiliary materials:

Engine oil: It can lubricate and reduce friction, assist in cooling, seal and prevent leakage, prevent rust and corrosion, and reduce shock and buffer. Engine oil consists of two parts: base oil and additives. Base oil is the main component of lubricating oil and determines the basic properties of lubricating oil. Additives can make up for and improve the deficiencies in the performance of base oil and give it some new properties. They are an important part of lubricating oil.

The production process adopted by this turnkey biomass pellet line in Netherlands project is as follows:

(1) Loading:

Transport agricultural and forestry waste and waste wood to the coarse crusher through a screw feeder;

(2) Coarse crushing:

Crush the raw materials according to the feed particle size requirements of the fine crusher (coarse crushing) to make them into small fragments;

(3) Fine crushing:

Crush the coarse crushed materials according to the feed particle size requirements of the pelletizer to form semi-finished products.

(4) Granulation:

Transport the semi-finished products (finely crushed materials) to the semi-finished product stacking area, and then transport them to the pelletizer through a conveyor belt. The materials in the pelletizer are subjected to the action of centrifugal force, so that the materials continuously move in a circular motion and adhere to the inner wall surface of the die, forming a uniform annular material layer.

The attached materials are continuously rotated and squeezed by the pressure, so that they are forced into the ring die hole to form, and continuously extruded outward. The equipment’s own cutter cuts them into the required length, and finally the dial gradually pushes these particles out of the discharge port.

(5) Packaging and warehousing:

The biomass pellet fuel produced by the pellet mill is quality inspected and qualified products are packaged. The bagged products are transported to the warehouse for storage by a loader.
