The biomass pellet processing plant in Vietnam project was invested and constructed by a Vietnamese biomass energy company. It used a site of 3,868m2 to build a project with an annual output of 30,000 tons of high-purity biomass fuel pellets.

The project mainly produces biomass pellets. The customer purchased a full set of biomass pellet production, including 4 sets of biomass pellet equipment, 1 set of floor scales, 1 shredder, 2 crushers, 2 dryers and other related equipment.
The biomass pellet processing plant in Vietnam project has 1 production workshop, 1 warehouse and 1 office building; the production workshop is located on the northeast side of the plant, the warehouse is located on the southeast side of the plant, and the office building is located on the west side of the plant; the production workshop is from west to east, followed by feeding, crushing, screening, crushing, drying, granulation, cooling, and packaging processes; the project layout is smooth and the various parts are compact and reasonable.
In addition, the annual electricity consumption of the project is 300,000 kWh, mainly for mechanical equipment and lighting, which can meet the power demand of the project. The project has a labor quota of 9 people, none of whom will be accommodated in the factory. The project adopts a one-shift work system, with each shift working 8 hours and an annual working time of 300 days.

This biomass pellet processing plant in Vietnam project covers an area of 3,868 square meters and a total construction area of
1,450 square meters. The project will build a new warehouse of 450 square meters. The construction period mainly includes ground leveling and hardening, factory building construction, equipment installation and other construction sections. In order to ensure the high combustion value and non-coking characteristics of the project products and satisfy users, this project strictly controls the source of raw materials and ensures the quality of raw materials.
The project only recycles waste wood generated by the rough processing of wood in various woodyards and furniture factories, damaged waste wood by various packaging companies and transportation companies, branches cleared from greening and trees (leaves have been cleared), and straw dried at the project site. Raw materials containing impurities such as spray paint, glue, metal, and cement are not recycled. The raw materials used in this project do not contain glue, paint, coating, and other chemical substances.

Process Design of Vietnam Biomass Pellets Project
Brief description of the process flow of this biomass pellet processing plant in Vietnam project:
① Loading
Buy bundled waste wood, branches, and briquetted straw, which are transported into the factory area by car and stored in the warehouse; during production, the waste wood, branches, and straw are poured into the crusher hopper by forklift. This process produces loading dust.
② Crushing
Use a crusher to crush waste wood, branches, and straw into small pieces.
③ Screening
There is a screen under the crusher. Fine materials with a particle size of less than 5mm pass through the screen and enter the closed belt conveyor. Materials with a particle size greater than 5mm continue to be crushed.
④ Crushing
The screened fine materials are conveyed to the crusher by a closed belt conveyor and crushed into fine materials with a size less than 30 mesh.
⑤ Drying
The crushed materials are sent to the dryer for drying by a closed belt conveyor. The drying method of this project is direct drying. The hot air generated by the natural gas hot air furnace enters the drying cylinder to dry the materials. The drying temperature is 90℃ and the drying time is 10min, so that the moisture content of the materials is reduced to less than 10%.
⑥ Granulation
The dried materials are conveyed to the hopper of the biomass granulator by a closed belt conveyor. The materials enter the granulator granule chamber through the hopper and are pressed by a mold to obtain biomass shaped particles that meet the length and density requirements.
⑦ Cooling
The granulated materials are conveyed to the finished product silo by a closed belt conveyor for natural cooling to room temperature.
⑧ Packaging
The cooled materials are transported to the packaging machine by a closed belt conveyor for packaging. The packaging specifications are 25kg/bag or 1 ton/bag and stored for sale.
