The labor quota of this project is 10 people, working 300 days a year, 8 hours per shift, one shift system, and the annual working time is 2400 hours.

The flavors used in this project are edible flavors. Edible flavors are made by carefully blending natural flavors and synthetic flavors with reference to the flavors of natural foods. The flavors used in this project are liquid flavors, the main components of which are benzaldehyde, vanillin, jasmine, peach aldehyde, and vegetable oil.

Energy consumption

(1) Power supply:

The project consumes 1.2 million kWh of electricity per year, which is provided by the local power supply station.

(2) Gas supply:

The tofu cat litter production line in Brazil project uses liquefied natural gas, which is purchased in cylinders, with a gas consumption of 40t/a.

(3) Heating:

The drying heating of the project is direct heating by natural gas combustion.

Brazilian cat litter production line project process design

The tofu cat litter process flow of this tofu cat litter production line in Brazil project is described as follows:

1. Loading: The raw materials of this project include bean dregs, corn starch, etc. The raw materials are purchased by truck and stored in the workshop. The packaging bags are opened manually and put into the feeder according to the corresponding proportion.
2. Mixing: This process is mainly to fully mix the raw materials. The mixer is a closed equipment. In order to make the raw materials stick together and mix efficiently, water needs to be added before mixing (water is added to the mixer by controlling the water pump). The semi-finished products produced in the mixing process are transported to the granulation process via a closed conveyor belt.
3. Granulation: This project adopts dry granulation. The granulator is closed during operation, and the raw materials themselves contain a certain amount of water. The semi-finished products produced in the granulation process are transported to the drying process via a closed conveyor belt.
4. Drying: Since the raw materials themselves contain a certain amount of moisture, the semi-finished cat litter particles produced in the granulation process need to be dried. The drying heat source uses liquefied natural gas and direct drying method. The drying temperature is 80℃~90℃ and the drying time is about 10~15min. The semi-finished cat litter particles after drying are cooled by air and then conveyed to the screening machine through a closed conveyor belt.
5. Screening: The screening machine is a closed structure. After the cat litter enters the screening machine, it is divided into qualified products and unqualified products according to its own shape. The screening process is carried out in the closed screening machine. The unqualified products are collected and reused as raw materials for production.
6. Packaging: The moisture content of the finished cat litter is about 8%, and it is in the form of long strips of particles. The qualified products are packaged by a packaging machine and put into storage for sale.
