1.Feeding:

The raw materials of this tofu cat litter making plant in Indonesia project include soybean fiber, starch, cornmeal, guar gum, and adhesive. After the raw materials are purchased, they are transported to the raw material area by road.

The packaging bags are opened manually and thrown into the discharge port according to a certain proportion. The raw materials are sent to the mixer through a sealed conveying device.

2. Mixing:

This process mainly mixes raw materials such as water, soybean fiber, starch, cornmeal, guar gum and adhesive. The mixer is a closed device.

3. Granulation:

The semi-finished products produced by the mixer are transported from the bottom discharge port to the cat litter pellet machine through the elevator, and the pellet machine is made into long strips of pellets.

The pellet machine is fully closed during operation, and the pellets are soft and hydrated at this time without generating dust.

4. Drying:

Since the raw materials contain a certain amount of moisture, the semi-finished cat litter pellets produced in the granulation process need to be dried. The semi-finished cat litter pellets are transported to the belt dryer machine by the conveying equipment.

The drying temperature is 100℃~120℃. The drying heat source uses natural gas, which is transported by pipeline. The heated hot air enters the drying box through the air duct and adopts direct drying.

5. Screening:

After drying, it is cooled by air-cooled mesh chain and transported to the screening machine for grading and screening. Small particles of cat litter are screened by the lower screen and collected from the bottom outlet and sold as defective products.

The finished pellets are then transported to the finished product silo by the conveying equipment. The unqualified products are crushed by the crusher and reused. The screening process is carried out in a closed screening machine.

6. Crushing:

The unqualified products produced after screening are transported to the crushing area and crushed by the crusher and reused as raw materials.

7. Packaged finished products:

The moisture content in the finished cat litter is about 8%, and it is in the form of long strips of particles.
