1. Raw material receiving system: There are independent receiving modules for powdered, granular and liquid raw materials to ensure the integrity and purity of the materials.
2. Batching system: 10 8-cubic-meter batching bins can accommodate different types of raw materials, and the central control system can adjust the proportions and feed them accurately.
3. Primary crushing: The coarse raw materials are crushed first and enter the first crushing system to initially form a uniform particle size.
4. Secondary crushing: The fine crusher is used for further processing, and the fineness reaches the standard required by the shrimp feed process (up to 80-100 mesh).
5. Mixing and liquid addition: A double-shaft high-efficiency mixer is used to simultaneously add liquid additives such as fish oil and lecithin to ensure mixing uniformity.
6. Granulation: The pellets are pressed and formed by a high-precision ring die shrimp feed pellet machine, and the particle diameter and density are controlled by the mold.
7. Preservative system: The pellets are tempered at high temperature through the preservative to improve the maturity and digestibility of the feed.
