After nearly two months of in-depth communication and plan polishing, we finally signed a contract with this customer on July 13, 2022, with a total value of US$60,000, and the contract is a 0.5-2 ton/hour ruminant feed pellet production line.

One is silage and hay grown in the UAE, such as Sudan grass, alfalfa, rhodes grass, etc. These grasses are usually grown in seasonal irrigation farms; the other is corn flour, wheat bran and barley flour and other grain powders imported from abroad (mainly India, Ukraine, Australia).

Pasture materials contain high crude fiber and moisture, and must be fully crushed before mixing. Grain powder is mostly fine powder, which does not require additional treatment and can be directly mixed.

3. The pelleting link is the core. The animal feed pellet mill used is a ring die structure with a forced feeder and a variable frequency speed control device, which can flexibly adjust the pelleting speed and pressure to adapt to different raw material viscosities and moisture. The particle diameter is about 6-8mm, which is suitable for chewing by medium and large cattle and sheep.
4. Then it enters the cooler. To reduce the pellet temperature from 80°C to room temperature to maintain the physical stability and nutritional structure of the feed. The cooled pellets are separated from the unqualified products by a screening machine, and the high-quality particles are weighed and bagged by an automatic packaging machine, and sealed by a sewing machine to form a standardized product.
