Comprehensively utilizing solid waste such as discarded straw, rice husks, sawdust, etc. to produce biomass fuels, turning waste into treasure, reducing resource waste, promoting energy conservation and emission reduction, and reducing environmental pollution, has obvious social and environmental benefits.

To this end, the client of the project, an agricultural company from Cameroon, invested 160,000 US dollars to build a new annual production project of 5,000 tons of biomass pellets in the existing factory.

The raw materials of this biomass pelletizing plant in Cameroon project are sawdust, wood, straw, etc. The production process includes crushing, screening, granulation and other processes, with a total area of ​​about 480m2.

There are 6 employees in this project, and food and accommodation are not included. The annual working time is 300 days, and the working system is 8 hours.

Cameroon Biomass Pellet Plant Project Process Design

This biomass pelletizing plant in Cameroon project uses the existing plant, and does not need to build a new plant. It mainly installs indoor equipment. The project construction work is small and the construction period is short. The project covers an area of ​​about 480m2.

In the existing plant, there are raw material storage area, crushing and screening processing area, pellet production area, packaging area, product storage area, office building, etc. arranged from north to south.

The equipment of the biomass pellet production line is arranged in sequence according to the process flow.

Brief description of the process flow of the project:

The raw materials of this biomass pelletizing plant in Cameroon project are sawdust, wood, straw, etc., which are transported by car to the raw material storage area and sent to the crusher for the first crushing, and then sent to the second crushing by the closed belt conveyor belt.

After screening, it goes through the pelletizing process, and then is transported to the packaging area by the closed belt conveyor belt. After packaging, it is stored in the product stacking area, and finally shipped by car for sale.
