The client not only purchased bamboo pellet processing equipment, but also purchased new bamboo product equipment to expand its original production scale. Among them, all the equipment for the bamboo pellet production line is provided by us, and other equipment, such as wire drawing machines and manual barrel cutters, are purchased from other manufacturers.

(1) Bamboo and wood products processing production line:

  2. The purchased bamboo or wood is cut by a tube cutter, and the sawed bamboo is broken into strips by a collision machine.
  3. Then it is pushed into a wire drawing machine to remove excess burrs to form a semi-finished product with a size that meets the requirements and a smooth surface.
  4. Finally, it is dried. The drying heat source is provided by the biomass boiler through the heat exchanger to provide heat. The dried products are packaged and stored.

(2) Biomass fuel processing production line:

  1. The raw and auxiliary materials of this biomass pellet making plant In Indonesia project are mainly waste scraps generated during bamboo and wood processing.
  2. They are conveyed by belts to the crusher for crushing.
  3. The crushed scraps are conveyed by conveyor belts to the dryer for drying. The drying heat source is burned by the biomass boiler through the heat exchanger (sharing a set of biomass boilers) and connected to another pipeline to dry the moisture.
  4. The dried scraps are then extruded and granulated by a bamboo biomass pellet mill machine. The extruded materials are cut into cylindrical pellets at the exit of the pellet machine. The whole process is physical extrusion molding without adding any binder.
  5. The finished products coming out of the outlet are naturally cooled and stored for sale.
