In order to utilize the superior local bamboo resource, the client invested 280,000 US dollars to purchase production equipment such as wire drawing machines, manual barrel cutters, crushers, pulverizers, pellet machines, cutting machines, biomass boilers, and collision machines to build a production line with an annual output of 3,000 tons of bamboo and wood products and 2,000 tons of biomass fuel.
The client not only purchased bamboo pellet processing equipment, but also purchased new bamboo product equipment to expand its original production scale. Among them, all the equipment for the bamboo pellet production line is provided by us, and other equipment, such as wire drawing machines and manual barrel cutters, are purchased from other manufacturers.
The plant area of this biomass pellet making plant In Indonesia project has warehouses, raw material storage areas, production plants, employee canteens and dormitories from west to east. The office building is located on the south side of the plant area, and the plant entrance and exit are located on the east side, close to the road outside the plant. In summary, the general layout of this project is basically based on the needs of production technology, and the site conditions are reasonably utilized. The material flow is smooth and short, and the functional division is clear.
The biomass pellet plant project produces 240 days a year, works 8 hours a day, and has a 1-shift system. There are 12 employees, and the factory provides food and accommodation.

Construction content
The total construction area of the biomass pellet making plant In Indonesia project is 6,000 square meters, including a new processing plant with a construction area of 2,000 square meters, a material warehouse with a construction area of 1,800 square meters, and a factory office building with a construction area of 200 square meters. One access road is built.
It consists of main engineerings, auxiliary engineerings, environmental protection engineering, public engineerings, and storage and transportation engineerings, and achieves an annual output of 3,000 tons of bamboo and wood products and 2,000 tons of biomass fuel.

Process design of Indonesian bamboo pellet production line
(1) Bamboo and wood products processing production line:
- This biomass pellet making plant In Indonesia project mainly produces and processes semi-finished products such as bamboo chopsticks, toothpicks, barbecue bamboo sticks, incense sticks, etc.
- The purchased bamboo or wood is cut by a tube cutter, and the sawed bamboo is broken into strips by a collision machine.
- Then it is pushed into a wire drawing machine to remove excess burrs to form a semi-finished product with a size that meets the requirements and a smooth surface.
- Finally, it is dried. The drying heat source is provided by the biomass boiler through the heat exchanger to provide heat. The dried products are packaged and stored.
(2) Biomass fuel processing production line:
- The raw and auxiliary materials of this biomass pellet making plant In Indonesia project are mainly waste scraps generated during bamboo and wood processing.
- They are conveyed by belts to the crusher for crushing.
- The crushed scraps are conveyed by conveyor belts to the dryer for drying. The drying heat source is burned by the biomass boiler through the heat exchanger (sharing a set of biomass boilers) and connected to another pipeline to dry the moisture.
- The dried scraps are then extruded and granulated by a bamboo biomass pellet mill machine. The extruded materials are cut into cylindrical pellets at the exit of the pellet machine. The whole process is physical extrusion molding without adding any binder.
- The finished products coming out of the outlet are naturally cooled and stored for sale.
