Process description:

1. Feeding: Manually mix corn starch, bean dregs, calcium carbonate, food-grade guar gum, flavors and other raw and auxiliary materials in a certain proportion and add them to the feeder, and add an appropriate amount of water to moisten the materials.
2. Mixing: The feeder feeds the mixed and moistened raw materials into the mixer, and stirs them in the mixer for 15 minutes until the raw materials are evenly mixed.
3. Granulation: The secondary feeder conveys the evenly mixed raw materials to the storage bin above the pellet machine, and the storage bin evenly discharges the materials into the pellet machine for granulation to make long granular tofu cat litter.
4. The unqualified products are collected and added to the mixer for production.
5. Drying and cooling: The conveyor belt sends the qualified products into the mesh belt dryer machine for drying. It only needs to be dried at 45 degrees Celsius for about 3 minutes. After cooling for about 5 minutes, the finished cat litter is sent to the packaging machine by the conveyor belt.
6. Packaging: Pack the dried and cooled finished cat litter.
