Australia Straw Biomass Pellets Production Process

Brief description of the process flow of this straw pellet manufacturing plant in Australia project:

1. Feeding:

Purchase dry straw, husks, etc. as required. Raw material requirements: low moisture content, no impurities such as crushed stone, iron filings, mud, plastic, etc., so dust will be generated during the unloading process.

2. Crushing and pulverizing:

Load the material from the loader to the sealed conveyor line, and transport it to the crusher through the belt for crushing to obtain crushed material with larger particle size.

An iron removal device is installed at the outlet of the crushed material to remove impurities such as iron in the crushed material (waste board).

The crushed material is loaded from the loader to the belt conveyor to the crusher for crushing to obtain crushed material with a particle size of <10mm. The crushed material is sent to the closed warehouse for storage through a closed conveyor belt.

3. Pellet forming:

The pelletizer is the key equipment of the biomass shaped fuel production line. After the crushed raw materials pass through the straw pellet machine in a closed environment, straw fuel pellets with a diameter of 8mm and a length of 20-40mm are formed.

4. Packaging:

The straw pellet products after pressing and forming are packaged and transported to the finished product warehouse.

The plant area of this straw pellet manufacturing plant in Australia project is divided into production area and office area. The office area is located on the west side of the plant area, and the production area is located on the east side of the plant area.

The production area is divided into raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, pelletizing workshop and crushing and crushing workshop.

The raw material warehouse is located on the easternmost side of the production area; the finished product warehouse is located on the west side of the raw material warehouse.
