1. Raw Material Collection and Moisture Control

3. Grinding

The hammer mill reduces particle size to below 5 mm. Dust passes through a cyclone and bag filter system and is recycled back to production.

4. Pelletizing

Two 2.5 t/h ring die biomass pellet mills compress the biomass into 8mm pellets. The process is purely mechanical, relying on natural lignin binding.

5. Cooling and Conveying

Fresh pellets are conveyed via bucket elevators and screw conveyors. Natural cooling reduces pellet temperature before storage.

6. Screening and Packaging

Qualified pellets fall into the finished product bin. Unqualified materials are recycled back to pelletizing. Final products are packed in 15–25 kg bags.
