The plant features RICHI’s innovative conditioning technology with multi-stage steam injection, ensuring optimal starch gelatinization for improved feed conversion ratios. A unique pellet coating system applies heat-sensitive vitamins and enzymes post-pelleting, preserving 98% of nutritional integrity. The automated batching system utilizes AI-driven formulation adjustments based on real-time raw material analysis.

Environmental controls include advanced dust management and noise reduction technologies, making it Thailand’s first poultry feed facility to meet EU environmental standards for residential-area operations. The project has reduced feed production costs by 18% while improving average daily gain by 12% in customer trials.
