The biomass granulator pressurizes the mixed raw materials into granules. Through external force compression, the lower pressure is transmitted to the biomass pellets, so that the arrangement structure of the loosely stacked solid pellets begins to change, and the internal voids of the biomass are reduced. The extruded pellets are cut into cylindrical pellets at the exit of the biomass wood granulator machine. The whole process is physical extrusion molding without adding any binder.

During the extrusion molding process, the project generates a certain temperature. After natural cooling, the pellets are packed and bagged before leaving the factory.

The products in the finished product warehouse are weighed and packaged by bucketless packaging, and are put into storage for sale. The formed biomass pellets have been pressed and compacted, and basically no dust is generated during the bagging process.
