Bio Organic Fertilizer Production Line In Cameroon

This is a large-scale bio organic fertilizer production line in Cameroon project with an hourly output of 13-15t/h. The project was invested and constructed by a local agricultural company. The raw and auxiliary materials are livestock and poultry manure and straw. After the project is put into production, it can reach an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of organic fertilizer.

Cameroon is an agricultural country with a large number of crop straws, many types and wide distribution. In fact, straw is a useful resource as a by-product of agriculture. Straw contains organic matter and trace elements, which is an important source for fertilizing soil and increasing soil fertility.

The use of straw to produce organic fertilizer has realized the comprehensive utilization of straw, improved the rural ecological environment, and solved the problem of environmental pollution caused by straw burning. Through the construction of the project, straw has been transformed from waste to treasure, reducing the emission of smoke and carbon dioxide, which is of great significance to the local ecological environment.

The bio organic fertilizer production line in Cameroon project has a labor quota of 30 people, 300 working days a year, and production adopts a three-shift system, with each shift working 8 hours.

The plant layout of the project is as follows: the plant entrance is located on the east side of the project area, the raw and auxiliary material entrance is located on the southeast side of the project area, the production workshop is located on the south side of the project area, the straw collection and storage greenhouse is located on the east side of the project area, and the fermentation workshop is located on the north side of the project area.

The bio organic fertilizer production line in Cameroon project covers an area of 60 acres, and will build an annual production line of 100,000 tons of organic fertilizer and a standardized straw collection and storage center.

A new straw collection and storage greenhouse will be built, covering an area of 1,500 square meters, 3 fermentation workshops will be built, with a total construction area of about 2,040 square meters, and 1 production workshop will be built, covering an area of about 1,500 square meters. After the project is completed, it can form an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of organic fertilizer. After the project is completed, the annual output of organic fertilizer will be 100,000 tons.

1. Water supply

The main water used in this bio organic fertilizer production line in Cameroon project includes living water for employees, water for granulation, and water for greening.

(1) Living water for employees

The labor quota of this project is 30 people, and the living water consumption is 1m3/d (300m3/a).

(2) Water for granulation

The granulation process in the production process needs to add a small amount of water according to the fermentation of the materials. The water used for granulation is about 0.04m3/d (12m3/a).

(3) Water for greening

After the organic fertilizer production project is completed, it is necessary to irrigate the greening. The water used for greening is 0.8L/m2·d. The greening area of ​​the project is 500m2. The water consumption for greening is 0.4m3/d (120m3/a).

2. Drainage

The wastewater of this project is mainly domestic sewage. The domestic sewage is used as agricultural fertilizer after being treated in a septic tank and used for fertilizing the surrounding farmland. It is not discharged into surface water.

3. Power supply

The project is powered by the municipal power grid, with an annual power consumption of 100,000 KW·h.

The main production process of this bio organic fertilizer production line in Cameroon project is as follows:

The biological organic fertilizer production method is to apply microbial fermentation treatment technology to harmlessly treat organic materials and then add fermentation agents to process them. This project uses livestock and poultry manure, crop straw and oil residue to produce organic fertilizer through aerobic composting. The specific process is as follows:

(1) Crushing

The project uses a crusher to crush the straw.

(2) Fermentation

The crushed straw, livestock and poultry manure and oil residue are turned over for fermentation. During the composting process, air is introduced into the compost through stirring and forced ventilation to promote aerobic microbial activity.

(3) Crushing

This process is to crush the composted materials.

(4) Granulation

This process is to make granules from the crushed and mixed materials. During the granulation process with organic fertilizer pellet mill, a small amount of water needs to be added according to the moisture content of the fermented materials so that the semi-finished products after fermentation can form organic fertilizer granules.

(5) Screening

The granules output from the granulation process have certain differences in particle size and need to be screened and graded. The selected rotary screening machine requires low vibration, low noise, easy screen change, and a screen surface cleaning device. Equipped with an automatic return system, the unqualified large and small particles are screened out through a belt elevator, crushed again and sent to the granulator for further granulation, which helps to improve the continuous operation capacity of the organic fertilizer production line.

(6) Air drying of fertilizer pellets

In this process, the screened pellets are further dehydrated by an air dryer to meet the standard requirements for the moisture content of organic fertilizer.

(7) Finished product packaging

The cooled pellets are transported to the finished product warehouse by an elevator. The fertilizer pellets are quantitatively weighed and packaged by a packaging machine.

Brief description of the process flow:

(1) Land leveling

The bio organic fertilizer production line in Cameroon project leveled the land, mainly using mechanized construction.

(2) Foundation engineering

The foundation engineering mainly involves filling and compacting the site. Construction workers use rollers to roll the soil in sections and water the soil to moisten it for compaction. Then they use cranes to lift special heavy hammers to impact the surface of the base soil to compact the foundation. The foundation is usually compacted 8-12 times.

(3) Main engineering

The main engineering of the project mainly involves drilling and pouring, cast-in-place steel concrete columns and beams, and brick wall masonry. The construction project uses drilling equipment to drill holes and then pours reinforced concrete. During pouring, pre-mixed concrete is injected, and the concrete is vibrated as it is poured to ensure uniform vibration to prevent the concrete from being unsolid and the slurry from floating up.

Then, according to the construction drawings, the steel bars are mixed and processed, installed on the set formwork, and the concrete is poured and compacted in a timely and continuous manner to form the concrete. When the construction project is laying brick walls, cement mortar is first mixed, and then the line is hung for laying bricks. This section has a long construction period.

(4) Decoration engineering

Use various processing machinery to process wood, plastic steel, etc. according to the drawings, and at the same time make the roof, then use environmentally friendly paint to spray, and finally paint the exposed iron parts. This section takes a short time and uses less paint and paint.

(5) Equipment installation

Including construction of roads, greening, and rainwater pipe network.
