Recently, the fir pellet processing production line has been officially put into operation, which will become a new profit growth point for American companies in this project.

With the technical support of RICHI Machinery, this biomass wood pellet manufacturing plant was put into operation in March 2024 and currently produces 20,000 tons of biomass pellet fuel annually. Now that the fir essential oil production line is running, the fir sawdust will first refine the fir essential oil and then process it into bio-pellet fuel. The sawdust will be fully utilized for a second time, reducing the cost of raw materials and improving the overall benefits of the company.

This project uses leftovers and sawdust produced from fir processing as raw materials to refine and separate fir essential oil to prepare monomer fragrances such as cedarwood alcohol and cedarene. After extracting fir essential oil, new environmentally friendly biomass pellet fuel is produced, and forestry waste is fully utilized for intensive processing and recycling. Utilize and increase the added value of forest products.

On the basis of improving and extending the industrial chain of the “green conversion of forest wastes to prepare fir essential oils and series of spices and production of biomass granular carbon” project, the client company also fully utilized the stumps and roots after felling fir trees, turning waste into treasure, and enhance the comprehensive utilization value of forestry waste resources to a greater extent.
