Recently, RICHI worked together with Japanese customers, a investor, to build a green feed production line project that started construction simultaneously in Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand. The entire industrial cluster includes four feed projects.

The ones started this time are: a high-end chicken poultry feed mill project with an annual output of 100,000 tons in Indonesia, a high-end pig feed production line with an annual output of 100,000 tons in Vietnam, and a high-end livestock and poultry feed production line with an annual output of 120,000 tons in Thailand. What has not yet started is the complete compound feed mill project in the Philippines with an annual output of 100,000 tons.

Feed, as the front-end link of the breeding chain, is one of the important links in disease prevention and control in farms. The RICHI high-quality pelleting process system used in the feed production line can reduce the feed-to-meat ratio of broiler chicken breeding, completely remove Salmonella, and produce Green and safe feed, the entire pelleting process is temperature-controlled, water-controlled and intelligent, which can maximize production capacity.

The construction of these three major pig poultry cattle feed plant projects will greatly increase the customer’s existing feed supporting capabilities, which will help reduce the company’s production costs and improve operating efficiency. It will also further help customer to establish a feed supply system with high epidemic prevention standards and provide high-quality products for the company’s production. In order to create feed products with more differentiated competitive advantages, customers chose RICHI’s targeted high-quality processes based on different animal feed production lines. In addition to the Indonesian project using the 678 high-quality pelleting process, the Vietnam project chose RICHI’s unique pig feed process , fully nutritious rice cereal, reduces costs, maintains nutrition, does not cause internal heat, and grows quickly! Thoroughly prevent viruses such as African swine fever and maximize farm benefits.

The entire industrial cluster uses the RICHI intelligent control system to manage and control logistics, equipment, production lines, and operation and maintenance.
