Recently, the construction of a 15 T/H modern animal feed production line in Uzbekistan is progressing continuously. This project is one of the important local projects in Tashkent. The customer of this project is an old feed factory in Uzbekistan. This project will give full play to its brand advantages and build an artificial intelligence and automated feed processing plant with a high starting point, high standards and high planning.

This project uses a first-class intelligent feed production line with automatic mixing, automatic crushing, automatic granulation, and robot grabbing to realize intelligent production process and intelligent warehouse management, and build an automated and intelligent factory. Introduce the management methods of advanced modern enterprises and implement information-based and process-based management methods to greatly improve production efficiency. The entire production process is free of waste water, waste gas, waste residue and noise, achieving a green and environmentally friendly factory.

As of late March 2024, the project has completed the wall masonry of the wall complex building, the main workshop wall masonry, interior wall plastering, finished product warehouse, raw material warehouse foundation and ground beam construction, and the assembly of the steel plate warehouse cone bottom of the silo equipment. Work, outdoor road subgrade leveling and other projects are under construction. The project is expected to have a total land area of 3,685 square meters and a total investment of US$770,000. It is expected to be completed in June this year and put into production in July.
