Following the stable and efficient operation of the 15t/h high-end livestock and poultry feed project in 2022, another large-scale feed processing project in Thailand tailored by RICHI Machinery was officially put into production recently! The annual output value of the entire project is expected to reach tens of millions of US dollars, solving the employment of more than 100 laborers, and will become the largest feed production base in the customer’s local area.

The customer company is an integrated agricultural enterprise integrating scientific research, production and trade, with high-quality chicken breeding as the leading industry. In order to further improve the quality of feed and breeding and realize the diversified development of the enterprise, the customer joined hands with RICHI Machinery to create this 15t/h pig feed mill project with advanced process design, energy-saving and efficient equipment, and high degree of automation to meet the production of high-quality pig feed.

In order to ensure that the nutrients in the feed are not lost, the piglets like to eat without getting angry and grow fast, the pig feed production line uses RICHI’s unique pig feed pellet technology, full nutrition rice paste, which reduces costs and maintains nutrition. It can effectively prevent viruses such as African swine fever and maximize the breeding benefits.

Advanced processing technology

• ■Adopt medium temperature soothing + low temperature granulation to maintain the activity of exogenous substances and realize the value of nutritionists’ formulas;
• ■The full ripening process of raw materials eliminates anti-nutritional factors in the raw materials, reduces the activity of urease, and the piglets do not have diarrhea when eating.

Good feed quality

• Can produce high-end piglet feed for 7-21 days old
• Comprehensive nutrition, equivalent to “full nutrition rice noodles” in infancy, piglets do not get angry when eating, and are easy to absorb;
• The pellets are comprehensive in nutrition, soft, not hard, and the whey powder is not sticky, so piglets especially like to eat.

The entire animal feed factory project uses RICHI feed mill equipment, a series of high-efficiency equipment such as grinders, mixers, and animal feed pellet making machines to provide guarantees for Lihua’s stable and efficient production.
