After the completion of the Senegal 100,000-ton animal feed production line project, the entire feed factory equipment and control system will be provided by RICHI Machinery. The workshop has a high degree of automation and intelligence. The entire process of crushing, batching and granulation can be started with one button and pulled, reducing human intervention and ensuring feed quality.
At the same time, the annual conversion of 100,000 tons of corn can reach an annual output value of more than 100 million US dollars, directly driving more than 60 local jobs, and effectively promoting the development of local grain trade, logistics and transportation industries.
At the project construction site, you can see excavators and bulldozers working back and forth, heavy trucks passing through, and workers speeding up construction. According to the construction supervisor of the feed factory, the project broke ground on April 15 and started full construction on May 1.
The workers on the site implemented a 24-hour two-shift system. Each construction site and each working group has a dedicated person to supervise and guide the progress of the animal feed factory project. At present, the project construction has completed about 10% of the total project volume. The foundation engineering of the main production workshop, comprehensive building and silo in the site is under construction. Judging from the current progress, the project can be put into production in November this year.
