Recently, Richi Machinery signed a silage processing plant construction project with a Indonesia customer.

The main construction content and scale of this project:

1. Construct a silage processing plant, covering an area of 2,020 square meters, and a factory building area of 800 square meters.
2. Purchase 2 silage processing and kneading machines, 3 supporting conveyor belts (80 cm wide, with a conveying height of more than 2 meters), 1 square bale baling and wrapping machine, and a 30-ton floor scale (3 meters* 9 meters), a raw material loader.
3. One toilet, 120 square meters of management space; one 250 kVA transformer, 200 meters of surrounding walls, and one gate. ​​​

Investment:

• Factory construction 800 square meters
• Purchase 2 silage processing and kneading machines, 3 supporting conveyor belts (80 cm wide, conveying height of more than 2 meters), and 1 square straw bale baling and wrapping machine. One 30-ton floor scale (3 meters * 9 meters) and one raw material loader.
• Earth backfill is 900 cubic meters.
• The concrete site is hardened to 700 square meters.
• Management building construction of 120 square meters.
• The 1.8 meter high wrought iron fence is installed for 200 meters.
• 30CM*40CM C25 concrete drainage ditch was poured for 215 meters.
• Install a set of 250AV.H transformer and distribution box.
• Install a wrought iron gate.
• Toilet construction is 20 square meters.

The total of the above is US$150,000.

The construction of this silage processing plant will improve the freshness and storage time of silage, which can directly increase the economic benefits of local farmers and strengthen the village collective economy. At the same time, the implementation of the project will increase the economic income of farmers, increase villagers’ enthusiasm for sustainable development industrial projects, reduce the loss of corn straw, and have a significant effect on improving the living environment in the village.
