Recently, RICHI signed a large-scale livestock and poultry ruminant feed factory construction project with an American customer.

This project covers an area of 14,300 m2. Build a feed production project with an annual output of 400,000 tons and its supporting facilities. Build two ruminant feed production lines, with an annual output of 280,000 t/a of ruminant feed; and one other livestock and poultry feed production line, with an annual output of 120,000 t/a.

Main construction content:

• A new 1165.8㎡ fully enclosed production workshop, a new 2711㎡ raw material workshop, and a new 2246.4㎡ finished product workshop, all of which are steel structures.
• Two new 1000t silos, two 500t silos and eight 250t silos were built. It is equipped with 2 grain unloading sheds, measuring 260㎡ and 312㎡ respectively.
• A new 4-story frame structure office with an area of 2470.62㎡ was built.
• A new spare parts warehouse with a frame structure of 1000㎡ was built, a 30㎡ boiler room was rebuilt inside, and a 5t/h natural gas boiler was installed to provide steam for production.
