Recently, Lithuania’s organic fertilizer granule production line project with an annual output of 20,000 tons has been under construction and is expected to be put into operation in mid-2024. The main planning and construction contents of this project are: production workshop, raw material area, finished product area, circulation area, office area, etc. After being put into operation, it will be able to produce 20,000 tons of organic fertilizer annually.

• The main fertilizer granulation equipment includes biogas slurry incubation system, aeration system, centrifugal drum screening and dehydration machine, two-way separation liquid storage tank, premixer, feeding bin, screw elevator, static weighing and feeding system, etc.
• The main production raw materials include: pig manure, fermentation bacteria, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, pig urine and biogas slurry, deodorant, water, electricity, etc.
• The production process includes: raw materials → aerobic fermentation → screening → quantitative batching → premixing → centrifugal dehydration → packaging and storage.
