The facility produces structured activated carbon pellets with controlled pore distribution for next-generation air purification systems in hospitals and semiconductor cleanrooms.

The manufacturing process utilizes Japanese-developed carbon synthesis technology combined with RICHI’s proprietary binder-free shaping systems. Each pellet undergoes microscopic channel engineering through specialized die designs, achieving unprecedented surface area-to-volume ratios of 2,800 m²/g.

The production line operates under ISO Class 7 cleanroom conditions with fully automated quality monitoring systems.
