Recently, at the construction site of a feed production line project with an annual output of 200,000 tons in India, large machinery shuttled through the construction site at full capacity, excavators waved their giant arms, and workers were full of energy, sweating like rain, rushing to meet the deadline and meeting the progress. It was a vivid picture of hard work and fast work. Practice has become a beautiful scenery at the project construction site.
This feed production line construction project with an annual output of 200,000 tons covers an area of 42 acres and has a total investment of US$15 million (including civil engineering, equipment, and silo systems). The project mainly builds two livestock and poultry feed production lines with an annual output of 150,000 tons.
An automatic livestock feed production line for 50,000 tons of ruminant feed will be built, a new animal nutrition research center and comprehensive buildings will be built, and supporting facilities such as water, electricity, and environmental protection will be improved. The project will start construction in December 2023. The main project of the factory is about to be completed, and the surrounding supporting facilities are beginning to take shape.
Nearly a hundred workers are working on the construction site every day, racing against time. It is planned to complete the construction of the main project by the end of August 2024, complete the installation of production equipment and the construction of all supporting ancillary facilities by the end of October, complete equipment debugging by the end of November, and officially put it into operation in December.
After the project is completed and reaches full production, the annual output value will reach approximately more than 100 million US dollars, which can create employment for more than 100 people and promote the development of agricultural product planting, logistics, catering and other related industries.
