The Honduras 10-ton animal feed production line project undertaken by RICHI has been completed and entered trial production, and is scheduled to be officially put into full production in August.

In the main workshop of the project, workers can be seen driving forklifts to move the freshly bagged feed to the conveyor belt, and then load it to various places.

The fully automated poultry feed production line in operation can produce 80,000 tons of poultry feed annually after it is put into operation.

The feed pellet production line is deployed by the intelligent system of the central control room from feeding, crushing, batching, mixing, discharging to bagging, realizing full process automation, which not only significantly improves the production capacity, but also improves the working environment of workers. Reduce pollution in the production process, improve the sanitation standards of feed processing, and realize environmental protection and efficiency in the whole production process.

At present, the customer has invested 570,000 US dollars to build this feed production line and supporting projects, including feed production workshops, raw material warehouses, finished product warehouses, office areas, living areas and other supporting facilities.
